Deceptive advertising and dishonesty
Lied to me regarding my trade in value, costing me over $7000. Their representation of offering up to $1000 over Kelley Blue Book Value proved false. They made up a story of how the banks would not take a contract for my 2016 F150 with only a little over 20,000 miles on it, at the average trade value. Yet a few days later, they are listing my truck for sale at Maximum Trade Value, as "Value Priced"!

I’m on my fourth Hyundai, that alone says a lot about their quality. But it is the people and personnel at Hatchett Hyundai West that keep me coming back from sales and financing to service. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership, they have always been great to work with.
Thank you all at Hatchett Hyundai West for all the great miles. I had my first Hyundai for over (13) years and have been driving them since 2000. Twenty one years and still love your cars and your dealership. Thanks for a job better then well done!!
