Cheyanna was super helpful
Regarding my experience in the service department, Cheyanna was really helpful and was actually sincere about getting my car repaired. She got me into a rental and helped with discounts. The mechanics on the other hand really don’t know their own cars. One of them took the wheel off and told me this is where the knocking noise is coming from as he shows me a blown out stabilizer link. As well as a bad shock on the right side. Well after fixing the stabilizer links the knocking noise is still as loud as ever driving slowly. And not just on the right side. It’s clear and obvious all over the suspension of the car. And keep in mind the mechanic told me 3 shocks were good but $2000 later/2 visits here and the knocking noise I paid to fix originally is still there. So I’m going to a real mechanic to diagnose the issue. The mechanics definitely need more experience and training. I’m giving a 4 star because Cheyanna was professional and extremely helpful, it’s not her fault the mechanics don’t know how to diagnose the issue

Oil change with appointment
Was not happy. Took them over 2 hours I waited for oil change even with an appointment. Use to not need an appointment just go there and it would be done in reasonable time while I waited. Also use to clean the car a lot better when given back to me. Seem to not be the same since was bought out.

I wish the service technicians were as good as the advisor
Cheyanna has been great to work with, she's made sure to address each issue as they come up. The service technicians are not making her job easy and have created problem after problem, but Cheyanna has been extremely helpful and courteous throughout each issue, making sure to get things taken care of as quickly as possible and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. We are currently working together to solve the (hopefully) last of the issues, but i'm confident she will get things taken care of.

Service Technicians Break More Than They Fix!
I originally brought my vehicle in for warranty repair work, but the service technicians broke multiple items on the vehicle in the course of their "repair" and spread grease throughout the interior. A second visit to fix what the service technicians broke resulted in a 6 week rental vehicle and yet more damage that wasn't seen by anyone there. a THIRD visit to fix the new damage resulted in a 3/4" x 2" area of damage on my front passenger door, the paint is scraped entirely away down to bare metal. There is obviously no quality control or inspection process for vehicles when repairs are being done, and no care in workmanship.

They Saw Me Coming!
I am normally the person who walks away from add-on warranties (I used to sell them, too). Since I was purchasing a new car I wanted to ensure it would be problem-free as long as I own it. Despite my reluctance to purchase an extended warranty, the agent who closed out my sale (Pat), counter-acted my concerns. When I cited the coverage to be extended and not concurrent he said absolutely. When I looked over my contact, that was not true. I only learned so (the hard way) when I tried to schedule my first service. At that point, it was well past the date of canceling. I will add that, Joe, the salesperson was great and went above and beyond!

The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly but I waited entirely too long for just an oil change. I was there waiting for 3 1/2 hours. I understand if they were understaffed but at the hour and a half mark, I should have been notified but I was not told I would need to wait longer.

an oil change that takes 3 hours
We were told it would take an hour to do an oil change but when we brought it in we were told it would take 3 hours and we could reschedule if we wanted to. well we were already there and didnt want to make an extra trip to do this so we left it there for the 3 hours and unfortunately that meant an extra trip there and trying to find a ride back to the dealership in 3 hours. They didnt even offer to give me a ride home to wait the 3 hours I had to request a ride

FIRST:So I’m servicing my cars here for the past 4 years and i really like the atmosphere and the people but today was something else when this service advisor with the name of Cheyanna ruin it.
Before she asked me anything she assumes I’m a new customer
SECOND:when the guy was looking to test the battery...he opens the hood and then because he didn’t see it he opens my trunk...at that point i said the battery is not there and then Cheyanna says “Sir that’s wrong your battery is there” and again i said NO IS NOT and she said “Then where is the battery if you know”....i didn’t answer.She’s looking at the car and she’s telling the other guy “He’s right this is an IONIQ the battery is not in the trunk”.This is disrespectful and this proofs she needs to study more about cars or maybe this position is not the right one for her.
THIRD:When i’m almost ready to pay for the service(Syntetic oil change 0W20)i see the price is alot more than last time i did this service....and i asked did you guys raised the prices because this is not what i payed last time?She reply by saying NO we didn’t this is the price that we always had.I said OK and i paid the bill.
I got home and i pulled the invoice from 4 monts ago and the difference in the price between the recent invoice and that one was $20 more.This is ridiculous.
Again she doesn’t have the knowledge required for this job.
She had an attitude with me since the beginning ... NOT pleasant at all.
I definitely don’t recommend her as your service advisor.

i have receiver a copy of my invoice from Cheyanna, and I am satisfied with all repairs at this time. Cheyanna wsa excellent in all ways of keeping me up to date on all repairs. she has been very helpful on all and any information I requested.

Had some issues, but they were fixed
I took the car in for some warranty work, and the car was scratched. My husband noticed it when we picked it up. The car had to be taken for over a week to have the door repainted to fix the scratch. We got a loaner for the time. It was a fairly easy process. Cheyenna was good at communicating updates with us during the repair process.
