I got a call from Victor, Service Manager with Hyundai Surprise, he reassured me that they'll do everything they can to satisfy my needs on my 2013 Elantra vehicle; free tow to the dealership and free diagnostic test, and also take care of the side mirror. So far things are looking good ☺️

FIRST:So I’m servicing my cars here for the past 4 years and i really like the atmosphere and the people but today was something else when this service advisor with the name of Cheyanna ruin it.
Before she asked me anything she assumes I’m a new customer
SECOND:when the guy was looking to test the battery...he opens the hood and then because he didn’t see it he opens my trunk...at that point i said the battery is not there and then Cheyanna says “Sir that’s wrong your battery is there” and again i said NO IS NOT and she said “Then where is the battery if you know”....i didn’t answer.She’s looking at the car and she’s telling the other guy “He’s right this is an IONIQ the battery is not in the trunk”.This is disrespectful and this proofs she needs to study more about cars or maybe this position is not the right one for her.
THIRD:When i’m almost ready to pay for the service(Syntetic oil change 0W20)i see the price is alot more than last time i did this service....and i asked did you guys raised the prices because this is not what i payed last time?She reply by saying NO we didn’t this is the price that we always had.I said OK and i paid the bill.
I got home and i pulled the invoice from 4 monts ago and the difference in the price between the recent invoice and that one was $20 more.This is ridiculous.
Again she doesn’t have the knowledge required for this job.
She had an attitude with me since the beginning ... NOT pleasant at all.
I definitely don’t recommend her as your service advisor.

Had some issues, but they were fixed
I took the car in for some warranty work, and the car was scratched. My husband noticed it when we picked it up. The car had to be taken for over a week to have the door repainted to fix the scratch. We got a loaner for the time. It was a fairly easy process. Cheyenna was good at communicating updates with us during the repair process.

Service is Great. Sales still has some work to do.
First, Let me say the service department is run very well at this dealer. Anytime I have brought in anything, the staff is very friendly and they get things done. Although this review is about the service department I do have to say this. I purchased two vehicles here in 2017 and 2018. I didn't get any kind of discount for the purchase of my second car which is absurd. Secondly, in the last three years, I have never gotten a call about how our vehicles have performed as a follow up to the sale, from the sale staff. I hope some things have changed, but in my opinion, right now, if I had to or wanted to buy another Hyundai, it probably would not be from this dealership.

Great customer service
I was contacted by Cheyanna shortly after leaving a review about my bad experience. She then asked me to come in and get my car cleaned and an oil change free of charge (which was promised to me at first but I never got it). All while she had a very positive and helpful attitude we came to a great solution and my 2 star went to a 5 star. I would recommend to everyone.

The people at Rodeo do good work and seem to care about their customers. The service adviser Cheyanna did a great job in taking care of my issue. I was satisfied with Rodeo but not with Hyundai. My car has less then 30,000 miles and was purchased 5 years and 2 months ago. I felt that my engine problem should have been covered by my warranty. I appreciated a partial refund but in view of the very low mileage, Hyundai could have done better. The warranty could have created a lot of "good will" by covering the engine problem. I will be back at Rodeo and Cheyanna should be given a raise.

Deceptive Practices
I took my Sonata to Rodeo Hyundai because the car would not start. I turns out my Sonata, which only has 50,000 miles on it, needed a whole new starter. And I was quoted over $700 for the job. I thought that was exorbitant, but decided to go ahead with the repair. Then I go to the dealership to pick the car up and see that bill is $100 higher than what I was quoted. I call that a deceptive practice. I also noticed a $50 misc charge in the bill that had no explanation or purpose. I guess they figure they can stick us with an extra $50 charge and we won't care. I care. I'm not getting roped by Rodeo Hyundai again. Adios.

I have been coming to Rodeo Hyundai for almost 4 years and my Elantra is in excellent condition because of it!!
