Wish I never bought a Hyundai
Wish I knew when I was purchasing a Hyundai for my daughter everything I know now. I would have went elsewhere. This dealership needs so.e serious improvements. If it wasn't so close to my home, I would for sure go elsewhere for service and I still may have to because they did not fix the problem.

It looks like you brought the vehicle in for a check engine light and the issue was addressed based on the codes triggered by your vehicle and the state of the catalytic converter as well as the oxygen sensors not registering.  We will reach out off line to the number on file in order to discuss options and see if we can bring the vehicle in and have you drive with a technician so they can experience what it is you are describing. We want to make sure we address all concerns and rectify to the best of our abilities. We look forward to the opportunity to examine your concerns further.

No courtesy car for multi-day repair makes otherwise great service mediocre
Car needed repair that was covered by warranty, but due to “low value” of the repair, warranty rep would not cover rental car cost. Dealer covered 1 day of rental. Fact that the dealer doesn’t provide courtesy car for these situations makes this a poor option for extended repairs.

Unfortunately if the vehicle is not exhibiting concerns we would not open it up, as the transmission is a sealed component with no dipstick. Fontana Hyundai’s staff have always treated me with courtesy and professionalism. All costs have been clearly explained, and the service itself is exceptional. On my last visit, I went out of necessity without an appointment, and was still immediately taken care of. The work they’ve done to service my car has held up well. I appreciate how they go out of their way to help clients feel welcome and comfortable while waiting for our vehicles.

Friendly and helpful service
I have always felt treated very professionally when I have gone to Fontana Hyundai. All costs have been clearly explained, and the service itself is exceptional. On my last visit, I went out of necessity without an appointment, and was still immediately taken care of. The only confusion I had was regarding what seemed like a long time between seeing my car leave the garage and its actual return to me.

Car appointments aren't the funnest thing to go, let alone to a dealership. However, Cesar Cardenas really made the experience a wholesome one. He is very professional and friendly and gets the job done. The service was great and I would highly recommend working with Cesar.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They seemed to really care about their customers. They were honest and did not try to sell services that were not required (which is something we've experienced in the past with other dealers). Caesar was awesome!!! AMAZING SERVICE
Trevor and the team at Hyundai Fontana made it super easy to get into a new car! I can be a bit difficult, so I do appreciate the patience they had with me. Trevor was able to break down the different models of the Kona and properly break down the safety features to me. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a new car ! The facility is kept clean and and staff members are very attentive.
