Had my car for 4 days & no phone call smh
I dropped my car off because the check engine light came on and the engine was making a weird sound. They had my car for four days and I was not informed about the problem with my vehicle until I called them. I was the. Informed of work that was performed on my car without my previous knowledge.

Had my car for 9 days without an update
I said I wouldn’t write a review but they keep sending me the email to review my last visit so here it go. I dropped my car for “early bird drop-off” June 25th for the check engine light illuminated they diagnosed it to a sensor and told me they have to order the part and it would be in the next day. That was the last I heard from anyone at the dealership about my car and it wasn’t until July 1st when I walked over to the General Manager’s office and told my situation. He of course got my car repair done, really?..I’m just fortunate to have another car but could you imagine if that was someone’s only car? No loaner vehicle, no real explanation of why it took so long, just I’m sorry, I understand your frustration...oh and take this bill for $300.

The customer service
The dealership is clean, lots of places to charge your phone, vending machines a television and you can even leave while your vehicle is being serviced and they will text you updates. The caveat is message received is more of a maybe than a guarantee, the woman I was communicating with via text stated that my brake lights would be repaired and I drove home believing that they were only to find out they were not. I do not like having a feeling of uncertainty or mistrust toward the place where I purchased my first vehicle, its a bit disappointing.

Great communication from the staff
It took a little longer that I hoped to diagnose the problem, but they worked with insurance and others well and kept me informed

I received pictures and the name and number of the tow truck that hit my car in the shop. I would have liked a little more help with that

The service techs were great and would recommend them separately. Hyundai cars are terrible, this is the second one I owned and I had nothing but problems, I ended up trading my car in. I will never buy another Hyundai again nor will I recommend them to my friends or family.

Disappointed in Hyundai
I have taken my car in for the same problem since July. I have gone between 2 different locations because the first place did not fix the problem but after taking to second location and agsinnbeing out of a vehicle for days the problem is still not fixed. I have always valued my Hyundai vehicle and service location but after I traded my Genesis for an Equus I have had nothing but problems. My car has had more problems in 6 months than I’ve ever had with any car in 5 years. EVERY TIME My car gets fixed the same issue appears again within 24 hours and I have to turn car back in again/ get a rental car because they NEVER have loaners ( it was a big sales pitch when purchasing the vehicle that when you own an Equus they will pick up your vehicle for service and leave you with another Equus if available - if not it will be another vehicle equivalent to the Equus)
I have never received a loaner and ALWAYS have to rent a vehicle out of pocket. In 1 situation the warranty covered a rental for the first day but other than that I’ve paid OUT OF POCKET.
Unfortunately based on the bad experience and problems with this vehicle my plan of purchasing a G90 next year is no longer going to happen . I am done with dealing with both the vehicle and the dealerships/ service and it is very disappointing because I absolutely loved my Genesis and could never see myself in anything other than a Hyundai. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED.

It's ok
They sell you a car, wait 3 years and constantly call and email you to buy the car back, but want to give you less than the KBB value. They do not offer promotions or incentives like other dealerships do for their customers

Outrageous charges even for a dealership
Charges were exorbitant. Some services were perhaps unnecessary or ridiculously overpriced. Minimal interest in customer satisfaction. Maximum concern with service department profit.

Service was great but my service representative would not honor a competing Hyundai coupon. I will use the services at the Bowie location from now on because they provide great sales/promotions for loyal customers.
