Would have liked to know there were marker light issues over the phone. I would have had them fixed instead of finding out when I went to pick my truck up.

When it comes to the things they tell you when it comes to buying a car is you get every thing and then when it comes to getting things replaced when they fall off on the high way they could care less!
Terrible DEALERSHIP I wouldn't send any of my friends to this place !!! I have a message on my phone from there service dept. that they would split the cost on a part because apparently a BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty on a car doesn't mean S !!!!. There smooth talking salesmen are there for you when you spend MONEY but when it comes to you saying that's what you told me they say I DIDN'T SAY THAT I WOULD NEVER SAY THAT!! Typical salesman they would probably rip there own mom and dad off. Getting ready to buy a new truck probably go to another Ford dealer. Been buying fords since 1979 my forth truck. MAYBE it's time to go to another brand if ford doesn't honor a BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY!!!

Still don't pay attention to the details.
I had the car serviced and the PCM reprogrammed and right after I got home and then restarted the car the change oil soon light is on, So it was never reset, Would not be an issue if I was just down the street but I am not.
Why is it so hard to do a proper and complete job when servicing a vehicle?

Yet ANOTHER Mis-Diagnosis
Took our car in for a recall repair. While fixing it, they broke a part that they didn't have. Brought it back later only to find the part wasn't really in. Took it back again and had to be given a loaner because they couldn't get it fixed. Weeks for a simple replacement part and never a single apology. Then took my truck in because it smokes. Diagnosed as bad glow plugs. Almost a thousand dollars later, still just as bad. Went to a real diesel mechanic and was told it was the injectors. Explained very clearly why and how to fix. Waste of money at Mike White. Took another truck to Mike White to check for an oil leak. Was told they had two or three master technicians look at it and confirmed it was a bed plate leak that could be fixed for more than $4,400. Took it to a diesel mechanic and after just five minutes determined it was the rear seal on the transmissions and definitely not the bed plate. Showed me why it was not a bed plate leak and that the engine would not need to be pulled like Mike White wanted to do. I really miss Lake City Ford. I like Ford products, but since there are no good service centers in either CDA or Sandpoint, it makes me want to go to another brand.

Not real happy
Well we went in to pickup my wife’s car that had an oil change and the messaging seat fixed on a brand new Limited. Scheduled an oil changed and figured to have the recall fixed as well. Went to pick it up and the recall may have been done, but there was no record we wanted the oil change down. Ok, I get it I neglected to put I. The envelope that oil change was needed, though I figured it was on the schedule at 6:30am in the morning. My fault I get it. Chris did offer to have it done, but I had another appointment that afternoon. This is not the first time Mike White Ford did not get the job done. Ed Baker did offer to change the oil at my convenience, which is admirable, but a few times back they said we are not Addis or Parker that we do it right!!!! Not too sure that is right. I will bet Mike will never see this or even care. If so let’s see who responds and who I Hager past off to. .

Steven, before anything else I do want to apologize for your experience and I want to address your concerns. We apologize regarding the miscommunication of the oil change. Ed is our Service Manager and his offer for the oil change still stands. Making sure that our customers are taken care of is our priority and we do want to make this right for you.

Mike reads every single review, as does the rest of our management team. I can assure you that the whole team cares and takes reviews very seriously. We need to know where our areas of improvement are and customer input is critical to that. Our goal isn't to compare ourselves to Addis, Parker or any other dealer. We want to stand strongly on our own merits.

Never going back
I went there for a recall and for them to check out a leak. Came back and they tried to get me to pay for an oil change that I said not to do. On top of that the mechanic said there was too much dirt to look for a leak, which is weird cause it’s a truck which has dirt just wipe it off. I asked them to take a look again and they said they didn’t find anything. A day later I noticed the leak again and went underneath to take a look and there was massive evidence of a leak. This took me less than 10 seconds to find it, something a non mechanic could find, but not a licensed one. The only reason that this isn’t one star is because when I went back the manager there was extremely helpful. Given what has happened though I absolutely do not trust any of the mechanics there, except for the two I met, which seems competent. This was the first and last time I will ever go there.

Terrible Experience
If I could I would give them zero stars!!!!
My husband bought me a new 2018 Expedition for Christmas and we had nothing but problems with it from the start. First time we took it in they blamed it on DVD Players. Then it broke down on me 2 more times while I had 2 babies in the car in the middle of a busy highway. Had to pay to have car towed to Mike White Ford. I was told on different occasions that someone would return my call and I ended up having to call them back every time. Went by on a weekend night to check on my car in their parking lot and they were closed and had my car totally unlocked with windows down. I couldn’t believe they had done that. Of course they were closed so I had no way to contact someone until the following day. I can’t even imagine what would have happened had it rained or if someone had stolen my stuff out of the car (expensive radar detector, DVD players, wireless car charger...). What dealership leaves an $80,000 car unlocked with windows down overnight while the customers stuff is in it???? They had my car for 3 weeks before they said what they thought was wrong with it. My kids and I both were too scared to even drive it again. I would never recommend this place. Now they have the car propped up to resell it. I feel bad for whoever buys it. I had to go and buy another car which put me in a lot of negative equity. I can’t even believe the experience I had. It seriously all seemed like a joke but it was actually happening. I filled this review out on my husbands behalf.

Corby, I apologize that this reply took so long. I wanted to fully understand what happened and that needed several parties to be consulted.

When your vehicle first began having issues, we took it to Aspen sound, due to the added accessories. They were unable to find an issue. However, after the issue duplicated itself, instead of taking it back to Aspen, we looked at our own shop where we diagnosed a starter issue due to the aftermarket accessories and the start/stop technology.

We apologize. We should have diagnosed the vehicle at our own shop first before taking the vehicle to Aspen. 

The vehicle runs perfectly, now that it has been correctly diagnosed and fixed.

We would also like to apologize for the lack of communication. Your vehicle required the involvement of several departments and sometimes the right hand and the left hand need to communicate better. This is something that we are committed to improving.

Your comment about the windows is entirely valid and is something that will be reviewed with the appropriate parties. Thank you for bringing that to our attention.

Overall, it is plain to see that your experience didn't meet your expectations or ours. We thank you for your honest feedback and will strive to continuously improve.

Terrible communication
Was in to have my car checked and was supposed to be done and called by Monday at noon. I called to find out an update several times and finally had to go in. They then had my car done and it was ready to go. Would have been nice to know.

I'm confused
I've had a leak under my truck and in my driveway for 6 weeks.
I drive to your service center and attempt to show someone the leak but they are too busy and proceed to tell me to make an appointment for service.
I call and make a appointment for a oil change and service and asked what's wrong. I explain what I think it is. A leak in the collant Reservoir. They scheduled me for an appointment on Saturday I bring the truck in and come to find out it is a water pump and they proceeded to tell me they don't have enough time to fix it and I have to make another appointment and now I can't get that in for 2 weeks. Why is it that I have to wait 5-6 weeks now to get something fixed when I've been in there twice already

If you like to hold....
When I called to make an appt for a recall the 1st time -I was put on hold for 20+min. Called back and was told that person went to lunch. Then I couldn’t get an appt for the recall until 30+days out. Rude customer service.
However, when I took the vehicle in, the counter person was nice.
Not the same quality of service as in the past.

Went in for service and recall, Not a bad experience but apparently the service guy does not understand the word minimum on the coolant tank as I got I got it back with the coolant level below minimum. Happened when it was Parker Ford as well so even though a new owner still the same level of incompetence.

Door lock problems
I have had an issue with the door locks on my truck for four years. They lock and won’t unlock. It is still under extended warranty. The rear ones have been replaced, but not by a part that they are using on recalls so it will probably happen again.

No one informed me that this was a big problem with F 150’s. I had to research it myself. I did convince the dealership to waive the deductible as I do not believe I should have to keep paying for something they don’t fix properly.

They also couldn’t even make me a door key. Said there was something wrong with my key or tumblers. All that was wrong was the lock needed to have some compressed air to clean it. I went to a locksmith and they solved the problem in five minutes. They wanted $21 for a $3.50 key anywhere else.

I will say everyone was very polite and professional and I appreciate that. The service manager is continuing to work on whether my door locks can be replaced under the recall.

Christian was very professional this time. I've had a lot of problems with the service department the last 12 months, since Parker took over, then Mike White. Additionally, if I were a salesman, I would be on the service department like white on rice when one of my customers called asking for help. I called Lyle several times asking for assistance with the service department, after buying two new cars from him in the past 2 years, to no avail. I've purchased a total of 3 cars from Tom Addis and Parker in the last 5 years so I expect Red carpet service from all departments. I think Mike White might be improving which is a good sign but for now I am still skeptical. I will most likely purchase my 2018 Ford F-150 from Larry H Miller Ford in the Denver area (excellent dealership and worth the road trip). I do give a big thank you to Christian for trying to save me some money yesterday and taking time to explain things to me!

Parker Ford is the worst. They sell the car, then the customer be damned. I'd rather get a root canal at the dentist than bring my Ford to Parker Ford for service!

Slow to start!
First, let me say once the vehicle was at our ford dealer they were courteous, professional
And completed the repair.
What was unacceptable was it took one day short of three weeks to have our vehicle even looked at. Because of warranty policy we had to take it to the dealer we purchased.
THREE WEEKS without or 2017 Ford escape due to an electrical problem causing the engine cooling fan to run continually even after key removal.
We should be able to take our vehicle to any certified mechanic in a situation like this!!

2018 Ford Mustang sitting iddle.
The problem still exist after a recent visit to your service dept. They replaced my battery but they failed to find out why the car shows it's still discharging on my trickle charger. this problem should have been corrected on my initial visit. Now I've had to wait another 2 weeks for your service dept to correct the problem. Total 4 weeks of being afraid to use my car fearing I'll get stuck with another dead battery again.
