We are so sorry you had a bad experiance in the finance department regarding cancelling the warranty. We can and will cancel the warranty and gap if you choose. Please reach out if you would like us to cancel the product you purchased. I believe the Finance Manager may have mis-spoken about the cancellation process. I believe your deal had already funded at Hyundai Finance, and cancelling the product can be done, However the refund would go to Hyundai and your loan amount would be reduced by amount of product.
