Deceptive advertising and dishonesty
Lied to me regarding my trade in value, costing me over $7000. Their representation of offering up to $1000 over Kelley Blue Book Value proved false. They made up a story of how the banks would not take a contract for my 2016 F150 with only a little over 20,000 miles on it, at the average trade value. Yet a few days later, they are listing my truck for sale at Maximum Trade Value, as "Value Priced"!

Great Experience!
I've purchased three cars from Hatchett Hyundai. The staff is great and always makes me feel welcome.

For my last purchase I worked with John Olson. John is fantastic and experienced car salesman! Laid back, no pressure, and fun! John worked diligently to get me the car I wanted and made sure we got the deal done in time to take advantage of some limited time offers. This has been the best car buying experience I have had yet!

For financing I worked with Kurt Bull. This is the second time I have worked with Kurt on financing. Kurt has been in the business for 14+ years and it shows. He knows every detail and I really feel like he is looking out for my best interests.

Looking forward to my next purchase with Hatchett Hyundai!

Santa Fe & Hatchett Hyundai, Salesman John Olson all BEST in CLASS.
Hyundai Sante Fe Great smaller SUV. After 2 Subarus, recos by new owners & best in class awards, took a test drive. Santa Fe sells itself. Great seats, use of space, excellent drive train & great service & Personnel at Hatchett Hyundai. Great buying experience. only negative--owners manuals opaque poorly illustrated. Fortunately my salesman answered Qs on phone.

Best vehicle purchase
Hatchett Hyundai West is the place to get your next vehicle from. They are nice and not pushy and are willing to find exactly what you are looking for! They treat you with respect and not just trying to get you in to any ol’vehicle and off their lot. I was extremely happy with my purchase and will continue to go back for all my vehicle service needs and when it’s time for an upgrade! I’d like to thank Matt Watson for all the help with finding the right vehicle for me!

Matt was the perfect salesman ! Never pushy, answered all my questions ,and very patient with me. I even told him I wanted to drive several SUV's from different companies, which he encouraged me to do. When the time came to choose a vehicle , the style of the body, the color (red) , and features were important to me. Matt was persistent in finding my "perfect" vehicle.
My wife and I love our new 2021 Santa Fe ! Can't wait to take our first road trip in it.

Dedicated sales, finance and service.
I’m on my fourth Hyundai, that alone says a lot about their quality. But it is the people and personnel at Hatchett Hyundai West that keep me coming back from sales and financing to service. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership, they have always been great to work with.
Thank you all at Hatchett Hyundai West for all the great miles. I had my first Hyundai for over (13) years and have been driving them since 2000. Twenty one years and still love your cars and your dealership. Thanks for a job better then well done!!

We are very “Tank”ful
We have bought several vehicles from Hatchett and each time was a good experience. But this time it was a homerun! Tank is amazing! We looked at so many vehicles and he dealt with our indecisiveness very well, he went out of his way to get answers that would get us the best deal for what we were trying to accomplish! Tank was no pressure!! We literally spent the day with Tank and it was a good day! We are very happy with our purchase and the customer service Tank provided, he hit it out if the park! I can’t leave out Mr. Bull, we had dealt with him before on a prior purchase and he is great at what he does! Not only does he make emptying your bank account fun, he gives you advice that will help you with not only your purchase but in the long run!! So far we have been Hatchett for lifers, I just hope these two gentlemen are still there when we return to trade, again...

Go see Heather on your visit!
Heather has sold me 2 Sonata's now and my first one was right after a wreck. I was lost after my car was totaled and felt scared to be in another car again but Heather explained all the safety features of the Sonata and explained the process from beginning to end. She is amazing with our kids while we are filling out paper work, every time I go in for oil changes she greets me with a smile and remembers me, she is just amazing!
