Clif was great!
I very much appreciated our salesman Clif. He was easy to work with, informative, and kind.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the length of time the process took. 4.5 hours. I’m sure some of it is unavoidable with processing extra, but there where several times we sat for seemingly no reason. It feels like a sales tactic to west down buyers. I will give you a ten below for Clif’s sake, and because we love the car! You may want to consider promoting what Consumers Report says about the Tucson Plug-in Hybrid in their 2022 Car Buying issue: 93 overall score. That’s excellent. Thank you!

Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. My only complaint was the length of time it took to complete the deal.
I really enjoyed working with Cliff. He a very long process as pleasnt as he could. He never made feel ignored and kept me informed as the process proceeded. This is the 4th car I have purchase at this dealer and I'm sure I will do business with them in the future.

Efficiency and Ease
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and ease it was buying our ioniq5 from Russel Westbrook Hyndai in Anaheim. Our sales representative cliff was knowledgeable and patient while explaining the many features on the vehicle. He easily loaded Electrify America in my phone so when I needed. Charge I was prepared.
Our financial agent, Graham was efficient and provided clear instructions on all documents. I “desk screen” was fabulous and all documents were paperless as we walked away with all signed documents on a flash drive.
