Excellent staff horrible organization
The car took hours longer than their estimation. They couldn’t find my part which means they are very disorganized, it took them one hour and a half just to do that. Their customer service is very good however and it was their only saving Grace

Horrible Communication!!
Service Dept does not keep you informed as to what is going on with your vehicle. I understood that they were very busy, I just wanted to be updated on the status of my vehicle. Was never told that it would take over 2 weeks to get my car done. Every time I called, I was on hold over 30 min to talk to someone who could not answer any of my questions, was told I would get a call back from my service rep (which never happened).

Waste of time
This place is a colossal waste of time. I had a 9:30 AM appointment on a Saturday to get an oil change and replace a passenger side mirror of which I had made the appointment and had the part ordered in advance. I got there waited three hours for the services to be done which was ridiculous when I had an appt. I went to pay and found out that they didn’t replace the mirror because they didn’t have the part someone was supposed to follow up with me the next week and no one did. This place is a disaster I would never go back here and I would never buy another Hyundai.

3 hrs and no updates for oil+ tire rotation
Made appt via app - very easy; from there all was downhill; late, no communication from staff to me. Was told 1hr 30 min (which is bad in itslef given i had an appt for easy service) and got out after 3 hours… i had to call twice for updates/ to get out of there. Pretty close to worst ever

Buyer Beware!!! Had my vehicle in for a week and they could solve initial problem brought in for. Spend time a lot of money to fix other issues that were not brought up in recent visits. Multi point inspections were supposedly done on previous visits. Don't think so. Vehicle returned unwashed and tag for oil change not updated. Questioning if it was even done, sure paid for oil service. Vehicle returned with new problem noise under hood upon retrieval. Confirmed noise with staff on duty. After discovering new problem staff offered to keep it. No way... so super frustrated, exhausted and wanted out of there fast. Had to get rental car while vehicle was in service not going to spend more money. Not sure how long and how new problem would be. Again, intial problem wasn't fixed. Reiterated to service advisor problem was occurring. Need vastly improved service loaner program for vehicles in for longer service. My recent visits have been deplorable dont want to go back. Recommended take your vehicle some place else. Service department needs vast improvement.

Every since my first visit.... I never liked the performance of my truck when I received it back..
I had an experience with them ruining my rugs on my floor.
I just do not like the service that they provide for me there.
After my recent visit I spoke with the manager Chris. He was very understanding and helpful.

Will never come back to this location.
Staff was rude. The time it took to complete an oil change with having an apt made took 3 hours. Explanation of inspection was inaccurate. Went for an oil change in April and come the beginning of December, all the sudden things needs to be replaced urgently- mind you none of this was mentioned previously nor did anyone say in my April visit that certain things need attention. Also, when I was finally checked in my mileage was at 23K, was told that at 15K I should have had my fluids rotated, which would’ve cost close to $200. This facility is money hungry and the staff has an attitude. I’ve been coming to this place since 2016 and with each visit I’m growing increasingly frustrated.

While I still would not recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I be going there myself, I feel compelled to give credit to one employee that stood out. Her name is Christine and out of all the people who were supposed to take care of us, she was the one that actually did try to help and do her job well. This particular service advisor is perhaps the hardest working one on that whole floor. Constantly answering questions and juggling different responsabilities at the same time. She was the only one that took initiative to communicate with me regarding my vehicle in spite of the fact how busy she was. I can't say the same about the rest of the staff. They collectively lack customer service skills, are uninformed and oftentimes downright rude.
Christine, keep up the good work! Your willingness to help and satisfy the customer is very much appreciated.

Can't recommend
Stay away from this dealership. Their sales staff will bombard you with calls and make promises that will be broken as soon as you need service for the first time. Their service is a total and outer joke. Starting with poor scheduling, through long waiting times, no follow up and poor quality of work performed. Their extended warranties are absolutely worthless as they never seem to cover what they were promised to cover. Very disappointed with the brand and the dealership.

What a joke
Had a 2016 sonata, nothing but problems on this car. Finally needed an engine replacement. Waited 7 months for a new engine. During that time, I got a call from a "manager" telling me to come in and discuss my options and maybe trade in for another car. When back, talking to their "manager" and he flat out said there was nothing they can do since I owe a lot on my car. Maybe if I had positive equity. Ha! Positive equity on a finance car!?!? Yeah ok. Gets worst. The man was rude, refused to let me talk and said I told me to leave.

Finally got my car back after 7 months. Picked up and drove to Ziegler's Chevy. Bought a brand new car. They took my crappy Hyundai and my car payments are $20 less than what I was paying.

Be smart go anywhere but here.

No Service Done, but told hours later the car was repaired and ready for pick-up.
If I leave my car in your service area for several hours; get the call informing me of the problem and stating what was done to fix the problem, hey how about actually repairing the car.
After this long day of my car being in the service department, when I got home the car was acting up the same way.
When I called to complain I was told Christine will call me back, well a month later, I'm still waiting for that callback, mybe she'll call on Never.
