Great service at huffines Hyundai.
I think the mistake about it. I've had great service at huffines Hyundai. Even when they service my 2019 and servicing my 2022. The issue that I have is with Hyundai the company themselves. Not the dealership. The dealership has been great to me. But the company Hyundai are making faulty cars. I should not be having this issue on a brand new car. It needs to be a nationwide recall for this issue. Cuz I'm quite sure I'm not the only one. But like I said before her finds Hyundai the dealership I have never had any problems with. Hands down that the best Hyundai dealership in Dallas area. And I've been to several of them.

I need to find a shade tree mechanic to fix my car.
I will not take my vehicle back to huffines Hyundai. I've yet to hear from anybody about fixing the traction control system in my car. I'm driving around the city with all the yellow lights on in the dashboard. And I've left them know several times about it. But guess what nothing has been done.

My Hyundai Tucson wasn't even two years old when I took it to the dealership for an oil change and the service representative Dennis came out to tell me that my vehicle needs a new battery and fuel injector need to be cleaned. I asked his how so when my vehicle is not even two years old yet and they put a new engine in that is not a year old. Now I feel as a service representative it's his job to look at my vehicle service history since I've only been bringing my vehicle to Huffines of Plano. I don't appreciate that he/they were trying to con hundreds of dollars out of me. When I left the dealership I went to AutoZone to have my battery checked and it read 98% good 12 voltage. But Dennis told me that it read low cell. So I would have been out of $207.00 if I had of listened to him that doesn't include the cost for the fuel injection maintenance. That has left me in a bad head space. I am not please at all with them.

Not a good experience at all. from scheduling a service to receiving the vehicle back after it. waited much more than what was promised. No communication and car was returned dirty. I left with not much idea of what was done.

Brought my car into service no appointment. Awesome timing on getting me in and out. I asked before my car was taken if they’d wash it. I was told yes. They did not clean my car. It was actually dirtier after I got it. Set the expectation for your clients please.

Be careful at The "Christian" Huffines Dealership repair shop
Every time we go to the Huffines Dealership for repairs, every time, They always come up with something to get an extra hundred or so from us. The brake light that was working, magically stopped working. They give excuses about the extended warranty THAT THEY SOLD US! Ray Huffines and his family are supposedly these great Christian people. Maybe they should pass their values down to their service employees. It seems they try to scam us every time we are there. Went in for an oil change only and we end up leaving spending extra 200 on a break light that was working when we got there. Find another place to get your car fixed. Find a dealership that actually practices what they preach.

Follow up service thwarted.
The scheduled work was completed. Additional work of a needed wheel alignment was offered at that time but my schedule would not allow. The next week I attempted to schedule it . I was told the soonest I could have the alignment done was in 2 months. Needless to say I was totally surprised and the scheduler had no explanation. I was able to get the service at a respected shop in 2 days.

Overall, my experience was ok. Its a long story with a very simple repair. I needed both my sunvisors replaced under warranty and so I got in tough with the dealership and got my first advisor who was nice and responded quickly, he ordered my visors but never called back. Turns out he quit and my whole service went downhill. They had the visors on hold under my name but I had to wait 2 months for an appointment to be available. So I went around for 2 months with broken visors and when my appointment finally came I was given a new advisor who was FANTASTIC! He was very nice and understanding, but said that they didn't have the visors. Thankfully he double checked and he had my visors no hand. While my advisor was great, the time it took to install 2 visors was not. It took over an hour. I knew why it took so long becasue there were other cars in front of mine that had more pressing repairs, but my "repair" would take under 2 minutes. I didn't mind the wait, but I felt it should have been shorter. At least they washed my car and did the multi-point inspection, which i know adds time, but they said that I needed a new air filter and cabin filter even though I replaced them within the last 2 months. Long reveiw but I would recommend Hyundai Plano. Just be aware the person helping you could quit at anytime and leave you high and dry.
