Great Customer Service
The Midas Groton location was the first shop I took my vehicle to that actually addressed the problems I had instead of just resetting my car's computer. This is now my go-to location for any car needs I have. Also, I forgot the name of the woman who was at the counter & answering phone calls but she has great customer service. I think it was Danielle but I'm terrible with names so I'm unsure. Thank you anyway!

Excellent Service
Never had a bad experience bringing my car here, been doing so for years. Their pricing is fair, work excellent and service friendly. I only wish their online appointment scheduler worked. Best advice: Skip online and give them a call directly.

Absolutely terrible and mismanaged
Midas serviced my car, within a week, all of the issues were back after over $1000 of repairs. Spoke to corporate who said I was overcharged, and it seems this is common at this location. I went into the store was spoken down to and told that everything was my fault, when it was obvious the work was not done correctly in the first place--offered no apology or solution, basically told to f' off. Pursuing legal action for the liability and claims of "doing work" when nothing was done--fraud.

Horrific!
I asked to have them look at my ABS clicking when stopping and fix it. They said I had a bad c.v. and axle On right front side. I had them replace this to solve problem. On returning my car the ABS was still clicking when I came to a stop. They had not fixed problem. I realized I got ripped off for something that did not need fixing. I would like a full refund for the cost ($701.92)of the work performed. Mail check to Kenneth Garstka 37 Highland Dr. Left are CT 06339, Invoice No. 210325 Groton CT Shop #32. 4710. Also, while waiting for my car another customer complained that they had new tires out on his car that he did not authorize. It appears that this shop is not being honest with its customers.
