Very Poorly Handled
Poor planning which led to the need for a second visit. Commitments made and not kept. Items due but not notified till during the appt. Zero help or interaction during the entire 4 hour process, despite it being scheduled for a half hour effort, except for check in and payment.

Broke shatk fin on car and didnt say anything.
The shark fin was broken when my car was returned. I'm guessing from the car wash after the service. No one said anything and when I left. A short way from the dealership it fell off my car and got ran over. Immediately went back to let them know what happened. I was told they will see what they can do. This was Wednesday I'm giving them til Monday to call me back.

Tucson still has poor rough acceleration
I have tried to get my Tucson fixed since the day I picked it up. I have a 2017 Tucson that jerks when driving slowly in traffic and erratic acceleration. Still not fixed.

Had a quirky issue with front seats in my 2016 Genesis. They were able to fix driver seat on the first time and ordered passenger seat rail to get it fixed in near future. Appreciated their follow up to get the passenger seat fixed as well.

Have a genesis and needed to leave for extended service got a loaner which was Tucson not a Genesis. Not car selection when I take my other car to Cadillac dealership. They always provide a better car than we have. Car still not fixed awaiting follow up service call six days later

Everything was fine, except I brought 3 coupons they sent me and could only use one. I drive 20 plus miles to get my car serviced there. They can at least honor all the coupons for parts and oil change at one time.

I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff which were upfront about waiting for my oil change. I double checked my oil after leaving and it was at the correct level. They also gave my vehicle a quick vacuum which I appreciate. I turned down the car wash, however I really appreciate them asking in advance instead of washing it without telling me. Make an appointment and you should have a great experience. I’d love to make this my primary dealership for all of my service but it’s almost 2 hours away from me.
