I was provided with imagery and video footage of 2019 DB11 Volante.. With only “One” image pointing to a tiny chip at the rear of the car. When I received the car, transportation defect report, and upon visual inspection at delivery, there were in access of 18 chips throughout the body of the car that were covered with touch up paint. I contacted David with my surprise and disappointment. I was told it’s used car with 10k on the clock. The matter was escalated to general manager, that never reached out to me! The point is not about number or existence of any blemishes, it’s about “honest disclosure”, rather than “misrepresentation for sake of a quick sale at full price”. I had bought a 2015 Vanquish the week prior to this purchase from a non- Aston dealer. Totally different experience and accuracy in illustrating car condition. Expected more from an Aston Martin dealer.
