I was able to be seen without an appointment. While I was waiting for my vehicle, an unexpected hail storm arrived and they said they would keep my vehicle in the shop for me until it stopped, which I was really grateful for. The staff is always friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend

Now on my second Hyundai. Although I’m very impressed with the car quality, itself, it is the reliability and consistency of the service that was the deciding factor which brought me back.
As with any company, service is not a machine; it is the people.
Clay Cooley Hyundai continues to have the right people in the right place.

Support after sale is excellant!
The concern for me is never before the purchase it's always how will we be honored after the purchase. There was a funny sound coming from the front end which ended up being a couple of loose bolts they stuck with it until they found it and fixed it. That was a true test and passed with flying colors. Very happy
