IN an OUT in record time with a great Deal.

Purchased a 2023 Toyota Tacoma, SR5 Crew Cab, Trail edition. Sale went smooth and I received more for my 17yr old tacoma than I was expecting.

Great experience

Bad experience

I came to the store in May to preorder a car and put a deposit. Right off the bat the sales rep was uninterested in helping. Over the next few months communication was horrible on the status of my car I wanted to switch sales reps. When I finally had a date for my car to arrive I told them when I would be back in the country, and they never emailed me back. Then I got an email 3 weeks later saying I had to pick up the car within 48 hours of arrival - when I would not be back yet from traveling. The new rep (Rebecca) was helpful and increased communication after me expressing my distress, but overall the experience was bad with poor customer service.

Found a vehicle at McCord’s that we were looking for. Scheduled an appointment to see it and took a test drive. Liked it and bought it. Very friendly people. Purchased my dream car within my budget. No hassles.

Went to buy an internet advertised used non-Toyota sedan from Vancouver Toyota. Found that it did not quite meet my needs. Sales person DeAnna worked hard to find another vehicle that did meet my needs. Finally she presented a used Toyota Avalon, a luxury car that I have wanted for years except for cost. This one met my needs at comparable mileage and same price but in addition was CERTIFIED and came with Toyota Care and all the Toyota perks like maintenance and warranties.
