Appointment maker has no communication with service advisor
Appointment taker signed me up for a 7:45 am appointment and they don't start Saturday service until 9am. Service advisor made me call parts department to see if part was available.

Terrible
Charged me $22 to change a $1.50 lightbulb. Constantly trying to up sell me other services I didn't ask for. Went in for a recall which was free and tried to talk me into $1500 of a additional services. Very pushy.

Poor service and response to why.
Had appointment, waited over a hour. Asked why and did not get a full answer. Service only took 10 min., then had to wait another 20 min. for the bill. Talked with the Service Manager, who was not friendly.

Service with Tyler
Tyler was extremely professional and my previous review was not intended for him but for the way I was handled before I was scheduled with Tyler. He was very friendly and assisted me with the utmost care. I am very sorry that the first review was directed to his service as it was not intended to only for the way I was scheduled for service. This dealership has always been family orientated and that is why I have purchase 6 cars from them in the past years.

I could not get the previous service rep to answer phone calls or emails. Finally got through to service in which I scheduled and was told they were extremely busy. While waiting for service to be performed it seemed like the salesman I have dealt with did not want t talk to me.

Very Expensive
Very Expensive to replace front brakes, and after tire rotation my car sounds like an airplane. It is extremely loud.

St. Charles Hyundai has taken care of my Sonata for over 6 years. They do so with friendliness and courtesy. My vehicle continues to stay running well so that I don't have to worry about breakdowns.

Did Not Wash or Vacuum as requested
The service on my car was very good as usual; however, I asked for them to wash and vacuum my car and it was written down and that was not done. This is the second time this has happened so I was a little disappointed when I picked it up. Other than that, call was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised that Hyundai offered to pick up my car and bring me a rental to use until my car was finished.
It didn't take very long but I had errands to do and had to use the car.
I have already recommended my Hyundai to other people for service as well as sales.

I am satisfied with almost everything, except an issue brought to my attention about my front tires. The service man said they are in need or replacement already. These tire havve less than 18,000 miles on them. I felt like this should be covered under some kind of warranty, but was told not so. These tires must of been of inferiorr quality from the factory or they are just cheap tires. On my other vehicles i always use Plaza Tire, I had an the same issue with some tires I bought there and they replaced them for me, they could not believe they went bad so fast. Better then last time!
No strike this time! The employee greeted me at the payment counter this time unlike the last 3 times. Thank you to the employee who waited on me this time very polite I did not mind giving her my $250.00 for the service on my car. Sorry but I must go here the employee who waited on me the other times I was in the dealership. Walked by me twice never said a word. All the other employees acknowledged me. This employee must hate her job, she should not have access to your customer!! The most valuable part of your business!

EXTENDED WARRANY but mileage limitation
Overall, we had a stellar visit to the dealer but I was disappointed to learn that a warrantee we were told about actually had a mileage limitation. So after the initial diagnostic we were told it would be a few hundred dollars but kudos to the service manager who gave us a bit of a discount because of the miss information received initially!
