Best Hyundai Dealer in SE GA
I took our 2020 Hyundai Sante Fe Ultimate in to have the wheels corrected under warranty. The clear coat had begun to peel on several wheels . I had met with Taylor’s Svc Director in a previous visit and he encouraged me to come back and said I will take care of that - no issues . Just bring the car in on Monday , we’ll provide a loaner and pick up Friday . We finally did and they look absolutely new - perfect ! Had some other maintenance work done while there . Couldn’t be more pleased . Danielle, our Service Advisor is the best ! Always working on our behalf . I feel like I’m treated like family at Taylor, not just a customer!

Drove 2 hours to come back for repair work and recall work. I had moved away after my original car purchase . I waited in the customer service lounge for a number of hours. Fresh gourmet coffee and a good tv while I did my computer work. They did what they said they would do. It was a pleasure.

After speaking with Mr. Bob, who is the supervisor over the service department my issue was resolved. He refunded me the diagnostics for bringing my car back in. Also, he was patient and worked into the issue himself to resolve it and that he did. He also kept his word by saying he would get back to me as soon as possible and I was back on the road within a few hours upon their opening.

Even though scheduling the first of two appointments and service completion took longer than I would’ve liked, the Service Rep, Danielle, was honest, considerate, and informative regarding the unusual circumstance that caused the delays and discrepancies.
