Service team was excellent
The service team explained all service work clearly and the work was done in the time they said. It would be fine. The only issue I had was with the WiFi being terrible, I recommend dropping off the car instead of waiting. The WiFi is not in the service teams control.

Service team did great, WiFi useless
The service was good and smooth but I had a 3 hour service so I brought my laptop to get work done. Could not even connect to basic level of internet. Did not get to make use of my wait time. The service is still good but with COVID you don’t have options to go offsite to get work done

Every service is good except the automate car cleaning is not satisfied , it's still dirty and not completely finished job.

The service people are very helpful.
When I bought the car I was supposed to have bluelink. Free for 1 year ,but it was never connected to it. I went back and they did give me 5 months. I found that the salesman was very nice, but the closers were inpatient and very pushy. And I didnt expect to have problems so soon!

A little disappointed
I'm usually very pleased with the service received. Unfortunately, I'm assuming because of lack of communication, a concern I had about one of my tires was not addressed when I took the vehicle in for regular scheduled maintenance. It was visually inspected, but I doubt that it was removed from the vehicle for a more in depth inspection. I was told that because of limited staff and the amount of customers, I could take it in another day when they weren't as busy.

Otherwise, the visit was good--nice waiting area, tv, free wifi, popcorn, hot dogs and coffee/tea available.

Great service
I received the car as promised and it was even washed. Joseph went out of his way to change the battery on my key fob. Only complaint is that it took about 20 minutes to get my car brought up front which is rare. I’ve never had that happen before.

Service Department has awesome customer service
Always worth the drive coming out to this maintenance department for my car. The customer service is always great. I recommend Christina Pettigrew! First time being taken care of by her and I will always request my appointments with her now. Very professional and awesome! No one looks forward to having to take time out of one's busy day to bring a vehicle into the dealership for regular maintenance but Service Dept Assist Manager Javer E. is always both professional and friendly and always makes my visits bearable:-) I am able to work while waiting for my vehicle, which makes the time pass by quickly.
