Longest oil change ever
Even with an appointment - I had to wait to be checked in - I had to inquire about my car almost 1 1/2 hours later - then find the service advisor and then wait for a cashier to take my money -On top of that I felt I was given erroneous information regarding the cabin filer.

Do not come here
Car sent in for simple oil change. Turned down extra maintenance. When I got car back, there were new grinding noises. Called to report, no one assisted. Finally got through, and was told it was not their fault and was laughed at. Never purchase a hyundai from any dealer, bad experience at both locations I've visited.

I’ve though I had a good experience at this Dealership with my Daughters car and came back all the way from Rancho Cucamonga. Next time I feel like I should go to a dealer closer to me. Now that I look back at both services they were both recalls and we ended paying labor costs.

Service team was excellent
The service team explained all service work clearly and the work was done in the time they said. It would be fine. The only issue I had was with the WiFi being terrible, I recommend dropping off the car instead of waiting. The WiFi is not in the service teams control.

Service team did great, WiFi useless
The service was good and smooth but I had a 3 hour service so I brought my laptop to get work done. Could not even connect to basic level of internet. Did not get to make use of my wait time. The service is still good but with COVID you don’t have options to go offsite to get work done

The service people are very helpful.
When I bought the car I was supposed to have bluelink. Free for 1 year ,but it was never connected to it. I went back and they did give me 5 months. I found that the salesman was very nice, but the closers were inpatient and very pushy. And I didnt expect to have problems so soon!

For a long wait, everyday is kind of unpredictable.  When we have too many cars, lube rack and car wash get backed up...but I do apologize for no explanation part.  We are trying to find better way to shorten the waiting time though.

Be careful with their recommendations especially if you have had your vehicle services or repairs done at a olace other than dealership. I had services dine but when they inspected my vehicle during oil change they were trying to get me to do the same services. I had to explain tothem i didn't know what they were looking at because i had my services done a few months ago at Pep boys.

  Thank you for your input.  Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority but as you experienced, it is not always successful. 

As for the recommendations, we tested the battery and it failed the load test.  We pulled out your filter and it was dirty.  We checked the coolant, debris were floating and decolonization was started. Your brake pads and fluid were OK though... I think you just chose to believe Pep Boys.  Not us.....

For a long wait, Saturday is kind of unpredictable.  When we have too many cars, we have to limit diagnostic work so we can try to finish current customers in time.  We are trying to find better way to shorten the waiting time on weekend.
   
    I can feel that you are upset but please do not treat our department like unethical cheaters. We do not run business like that here. Customer satisfaction has been always the #1 goal and we all are proud of serving our loyal Hyundai customer.

   Regardless, if you feel the experience at our department was unpleasant, it is our fault. Please call me directly at 626-581-5353 if we can help you in the future.

Oil change for Rip Van Winkle
I was willing and ready to pay for services but offered a "free" oil change for bringing my vehicle in for the 1st time to Puente Hills Hyundai. Once my car was checked in, the tech found a grocery list of items that needed service (only 55,000 miles) that were way overpriced. Then it took 3 hours to get my oil changed. A little excessive I'd say.

My service adviser was acceptable, she kept me in the loop with my vehicle, and did what she could to assist, for the most part. However, the tech that worked on my car was crap. I took my car in because it broke down due to a recall for the engine (metal in oil), after i had already taken it in and they said there was no issues related to said recall. Anyways i get my car back (on Friday before a three day weekend) drive it around, and finally arrive home for the night. When i got in it the next day my wife was outside and heard a noise coming from the engine (did not hear the night prior due to radio/driving with the windows down). I open the hood and notice that my serpentine belt is not on track, in fact it was probably close to 1/4 inch off track. ON TOP OF THAT my engine was missing a bolt, where the alternator connects/mounts to right side of the engine/connected to serpentine belt. This is completely unacceptable, no one offered to replace my belt that wore 1/4 inch off track for 100+ miles due to their negligence, and how in the hell do you miss a bolt, that could have caused a serious problem resulting in a possible car accident. I love my car, but i will never buy a Hyundai again. I was/am extremely upset about the service i received. I will try to convince any one i know to never buy a Hyundai either. OH I ALMOST FORGOT, the warranty for my car that is under my and my wife's name was in my fathers name. And no one had any idea how this happened or how to fix this, and i have yet to hear any update on this. I am not trying to get any one in trouble, but again this is completely unacceptable, and my car will never go back to a Hyundai dealer/shop unless its for a recall or warranty issue.
