I started going to Lake Arbor when my brother first worked there right out of diesel college. Now, I've been going to Lake Arbor for many years now even after he has moved on to other adventures. I always feel taken care of! They do honest work and don't overcharge you. I love that I'll go in and they will let me know if things that are wearing out and they give me an estimate up front so that I can prepare for the maintenance or the repair so that it can be completed without me suddenly having to repair it. They have even suggested things like where to go to get new tires or how to fix something that I can do. They have never let me down!
So I was looking for a place to bring my truck for emissions. Called a bunch of shops and they all said we are booked up for at least a week. Called this place and they said just bring it in whenever! Also they were less expensive then some of the other places I called. The best part is they have the best waiting area of any dealer ship or repair shop I have been too! Very big comfy chairs to sit in!!!!!
I was in-and-out within 15 minutes this is the 2nd time that I have been there both times have been outstanding I will continue to do future service on my vehicle there
The people at Lake arbor automotive Are always friendly, professional and they all look really neat and clean for mechanics. I think appearance in any profession says a lot about the business. They care about what people think. I always leave there happy and know they've done a good job for me. Been going there for years.
I’ve been coming here for years after trying other independent repair shops and car dealers. The last thing anyone wants is a vehicle that is not running right. Arbor Automotive gets it going again and at a fair price. Good service people, just like a good restaurant, should be patronized.
