Correction on a bad experience

Good
Customer service is really good, it’s the lack of minor details that are missing: stickers, reset on oil changes, taking floor mats and plastic off, etc. But there’s a lot of days where this is a great company!

They can't fix Hyundai cars because they don't know about the cars they sell. They don't believe their customers when they say there's a problem.

If you are having a bad day don't take it out on customer
The service was good but the lady taking my payment was very rude. I'm aware she came off her smoke break to help me but I didn't ask her to. I was waiting very patiently since I was told they would be open till 9, no one was in service area at the time. Tyler informed me that I needed to initial and sign some papers for the warranty, she was very rude about that too. I would highly recommend Tyler, he was very helpful and polite.

Simple Easy Car Buying and Care
Bought my first car here and they made it super simple and easy. Within a few hours I was on the road. I come back every time my car is due for service, and they have done exceptional work to make sure it’s taken care of and will last for years to come. Staff are always wonderful and work hard.
