The customer service was exceptional, created a stress-free process.
The whole process was very open, and everyone contributed to the experience, however, Edwin, was a true Blessing nerves. Edwin made my car buying experience comfortable from start to finish. He provided information that was accurate and not embellished. His personality was genuine and calm, and was the reason why I feel truly satisfied with my purchase.

The customer service was exceptional. I would have liked a greater selection, however the staff kade the purchasing of a car very easy.
This dealership will go above and beyond to meets your car buying needs. The salesmen are courteous and professional, and most importantly, FAIR! From start to finish, they accommodated me.

Feeling like we were tricked
Honestly feeling that we were tricked. We needed a car and we’re sold a car that they marked up over 6k. Then they had us in there for over 3 1/2 hours waiting. Finally when they came out with “deal” they wanted more that what we told them we could and kept going back say let’s see what we can do. We’re trying to make it work. After everything was said and done the finance person went over the paperwork so fast we didn’t get a chance to stop and just look over everything. We should have been more vigilant and better prepared. As soon as we got home we were exhausted and just feeling like we made the biggest mistake ever. We did need a car so it is what it is.

I love my Tucson!
I was very interested in buying a Tucson, but unfortunately there was only one left on the lot. I took a test drive with Sam and said I’ll be back because I was still shopping. Edwin helped provided some information on the car too, he’s super funny. I test drove a RAV4 and hated the way it drove. It was nothing compared to the newly remodeled 2022 Tucson. I came back one hour later and requested Sam because he was super friendly. I really wanted a black Tucson, but unfortunately they only had a red on the lot. He made everything very quick and run smoothly. Sam and Juan were very negotiable. The last step was with finance. I forgot his name, but he was very nice and made paperwork very quick! I was at the dealership for about 2 hours, which was definitely better than staying all day. I would recommend Sam for anyone interested in buying at Hyundai Vacaville!

Good sales people, but finance made me uncomfortable
My sales representative was great! However, when I canceled my extended warranty, the finance manager was very clearly upset with my decision and I was very uncomfortable. I know dealerships have their goals and their quotas but ultimately you have to take the customer's individual situation into consideration and not push them to make purchases with which they are not comfortable.

Happy with my new car
I’m very happy with my new Hyundai Tucson, I’ve been a Toyota fan for the past 20yrs but I don’t like to pay any interest rate and for the past 6 months they haven’t offer 0% so I went and try Hyundai and I very happy that I did, I have a new car with 0% and so far I’m very happy with my purchase, Toyota lost a customer to Hyundai.
