Mike has done a great job of turning this dealership around.

Do not know as of yet whether i would recommend this place or not. Had some very bad experiences. I know this that on this occasion the service was great.

Not very skilled

I was told by the service guys that they could complete some work for me so I scheduled a time and discussed with the scheduling people what I wanted. When I got there they said they could not do it, but they had an alternative. There alternative did not meet what I was trying to accomplish in the first place, which I did not know at the time. When they finished, it was not what I wanted. And they said what I wanted was not possible. In about 10-15 minutes in their parking lot I was able to do the programming myself by using youtube. needless to say, they did not try or look into the options. There was no reason to pay them for anything, I could have done it all myself in less. time. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and asked if they could do anything for me which was nice. But the reason I was there was to get my truck fixed. If everyone wasn't so nice, it'd be a 1 star.

Lol service dept. Is a joke

I find it pathetic that i brought my truck in 3 times for brakes squeeking only to be told their fine thats what fords do. When we decided we wanted to change brake pads just because we were told rotors and pads were bad. How is that possible when we brought it in 3 times prior. Yes the rotors were taken care of but thank God we went with out gut feelings on our brakes otherwise something horrible could of happened. Oh and by the way you guys always said brakes wete good. So stop saying you recommended them. We insisted on them. I would NEVER recommend your service dept. In fact i will continue telling people our issues with you. Shame on you guys for not doing your job.

Chip Guard

Chip guard was replaced where bubbling had occurred. Jaco was very helpful. Also, got an oil change done earlier fir us instead of having to bring car back next day for scheduled appointment.

The Devotion of the Dealership

Had and absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Mike White Ford. My Product Specialist had the Body of Greek God that was vibrant of colors and his Management team was of those from Mount Olympus whom had tons of patience, as I was a very picky buyer. Friendly , professional and overall good sales experience.

I bought an F150 XLT from your agency and Tyler Hundt was my sales representative. He did a very professional job of explaining how the truck functions and, with my permission , helped me unfreeze my credit agency files. He explained clearly my financing options and help me understand the accessories and options I might want to add to the purchase. Jacob Mahar did a professional job getting my bed cover installed and protection coating applied to the truck. In addition, he went out of his way to help install and calibrate the boat trailer back up equipment and made sure I understood how it functions. I was very pleased with his help and attention to detail.
