I apologize for your inconvenience, unfortunately, those parts sometimes are not made available they are ordered by vehicle if needed. This is not your problem and i understand that. We will try to do better on the next visit.

I apologize that you feel this way, unfortunately, all tire sensors have batteries in them and will eventually need replacing. It is rare when they fail all at the same time and I know it is not your fault.
We did receive a defective part from the manufacture and that is well was not your fault.
That is why we put you in a free loaner car to go on your trip out of town, why we tried to make sure the vehicle was responding correctly.

I apologize that your tire light came on. if possible I would like for you to bring the vehicle by at your convenience. we set tire pressure on every car serviced. ( it is possible we may have missed one) The tire light, if pressures are irregular, will turn on immediately as it thinks you have a flat or low tire. I would like to check and make sure one is not leaking. if there is a 4-pound difference the light will come on.

I have pulled your invoice sir and yes i would agree a oil change taking 2 hours would be long. You also requested us to rotate your tires and balance then as well and to perform a multipoint on your vehicle. These additional services take more time sir.

Please bring your vehicle back, i don't know what concerns you had, however if your experiencing an issue with your vehicle and we just worked on it , please bring it in so it can be corrected. The hub is a fixed piece of metal, i will be more than happy to show you what happened and if we (my technicians damaged something) i will fix it.
