The team here was efficient and straight forwarded. Inquired the night before about a care got a email and follow up call the next day. Was able to secure the last hybrid Tucson that same day with no hassle or lengthy amount of time at the dealership. This was the best car buying experience we have had in decades. Cynthia Emailed this dealership about the car desired through the Costco program and John Armstrong got right back to her with a well written, helpful reply. On site, John was an exceptional salesman--no pressure, lots of information, very congenial and respectful. We found our 2022 Hyundai Kona within a couple of hours and the paperwork was minimal and completed nicely. Cynthia Loves Hyundais and the new Kona is a pleasant departure from the two Elantras she enjoyed before. Thanks to John A. and the team at Beaverton Hyundai!

Straightforward and professional
If you want an honest, no BS experience I would recommend Beaverton Hyundai. We have not bought a new car in over twenty years. The whole experience is far better now!

I asked for a price quote online and got a quick response with what was the best price in town. When we went to the dealer, they had the car ready to see and drive. While we did paperwork, all of which matched the quote exactly, they detailed the car. The entire process took less than three hours and required no upfront payments. Overall it was as smooth and pleasant as I would imagine it could be. We're not likely to buy a new car again but if we do Beaverton Hyundai will be the first place we go. Oh, and the car itself, an Ioniq plug-in-hybrid, is very nice.

I didn't expect to get a new car when I went 2 weeks ago, I just wanted to know how much they'd offer for my 2016 Sonata. Everyone did the very best to help me and I walked away with a 2022 Kona! I'm coming back in a few years to get another car!

This dealership was great. They didn’t make me feel pressured, they were honest, offered me an amazing deal and a great interest rate. On the actual day of purchase, we were in and out quickly. They made me feel very important and valued. The dealership was also very clean, we were given options to test drive by ourselves, and everyone wore masks. I felt very safe. I highly recommend Beaverton Hyundai and John Armstrong.

Our salesperson John, was very courteous and professional throughout the experience of purchasing one car and leasing another. He even delivered the lease vehicle to our home on the coast and then came in on his day off to go over the features of our new Palisade. We felt we paid a fair price for the new car and was given a fair value for our trade-in.

Quick and to the point
We knew what we wanted to look at, what we were looking to pay for it. The biggest concern whenever we buy a car is how LONG it usually takes to get to the point and complete a deal. We were shown the models we were interested in, got a test drive started quickly (and a review of our trade-in), given space to talk privately and once we expressed interest, they came out with a few options as far as pricing/financing and we were done. We were very happy with the overall experience.

No haggle, great deal, finalized quickly
Walked in not really knowing what I wanted, had test driven several cars & decided to check out the Tucson. Our overall experience here was awesome. Didn’t get bounced around from 1 person to another, everything was no pressure just answering questions, staff was friendly & knowledgeable and didn’t try to up-sell me to something more expensive (even when I mentioned it) they just shared with me where the value was & let me decide for myself. When we decided to buy we were done in about an hour & that included them detailing & fueling up the car. Everyone there was friendly and chatty from management to finance. Did not feel like any typical car sales experience I’d ever been through before, just low key. Hit by freezing rain that night John, our salesman, made sure my vehicle was in AWD mode for me so it was one less thing I had to mess with & I made it home safely. Highly recommend purchasing your next Hyundai from Beaverton Hyundai!

I was in the market for a new car and after reading reviews figured the Hyundai Palisade was a good choice. I reached out and John Armstrong contacted me. From the start he was great to work with. He listened, worked to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I had already been to several competing dealerships and they all seemed to have their own agenda and not really listening to my goals. The sale was quick, the paperwork minimal and the entire staff friendly and accommodating.
