Lee Johnson Hyundai is a class act
Purchasing a brand new car can be very stressful and overwhelming and the staff and Lee Johnson was very thorough, professional, and efficient through the entire process from the test drive to negotiations, to the amazingly efficient signing process, to the explanation of the features of the car. My salesperson, Julien, was, and continues to be a top notch customer service champion! His knowledge of the incredible features of an entirely new model of the Tuscon was very impressive, and his regular follow up correspondence makes me feel truly like a very valued customer. Thank you for making this experience seemingly flawless!

My husband and I came in with our 3 year old daughter to test drive the Elantra. It was better than expected all the staff was friendly and helped anyway they could when we walked in. They was no pressure to buy or look at any other cars we didn’t like. When we bought our car and started in the paperwork they gave my daughter some paper and pens to draw with and just interacted with her when she showed them her drawings. It was the best car buying experience we have had. We will be going back to them in the future and for car maintenance.

An enjoyable car buying experience (no, really!)
I first have to say that I had a really positive experience with this dealership's service department a few years ago when they successfully programmed an aftermarket key fob for my Kia Sorento and charged me nothing. Knowing their commitment to customer satisfaction and enjoying the quality of a family member's Hyundai Veloster, I decided to replace my Honda CR-V with a later model Santa Fe. From the test drive to the drive off, it was a great experience all around. No high pressure from the finance department, no high pressure anywhere - just a lot of effort to give me exactly what I wanted with the terms I wanted. Great work, Hyundai of Everett!

Exceptional Service
After viewing a car online, I contacted the dealership about scheduling a test drive. The sales person contacted me right away and we set up an appointment for the following day. In the meantime my car had the starter go out and I was unable to make it up to test drive the car I had viewed. The sales person then offered to come pick me up at my home and I was able to test drive the vehicle back to the dealership. I received great service from all of them and ended up buying a car from them that day.

People make the place
I bought a new car from Lee Johnson Hyundai and I was very pleasantly surprised by the process. Julien Bettelheim took care of us, sorted out our odd requirements, had us review inventory, and found exactly the car we were looking for reasonably quickly. Strongly recommended, 5 star experience in an industry where that is extremely rare.

I also have to give a plug to the head finance guy, I lost track of his name which is a shame, he was also the auto best finance guy it has ever been my pleasure to work with. He pointed out a stupid selection in our purchasing process that would have cost plenty for no benefit. That's money out of the corporate pocket to give me a fairer deal and I really do appreciate it. He actually acted with the customer's best interest and that is refreshing.

I heavily recommend these guys, both thumbs way up.
