Hyundai service at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale is very good. The waiting area does not have the amenities of other service departments.

We did have to alter some of our ameneties due to Covid and we look forward to restoring our full compliment when it once again seems safe to do so.  In the meantime, we still offer a comfortable lounge, a kids playroom, coffee, snacks, WiFi and private work areas.  If you feel we're missing something in particular please let any our team know, for our guest who do wait, we want to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Incomplete Work
Had an oil change but they did not reset the setting and put new sticker. This made me doubt if they even did the oil change

Jason was great. Have nothing bad to say about his service and courteous manner. Had some confusion about the shuttle service but it was clarified and sorted by Jason. Quick service. Got me in early. Thank you! No A/C in the heat is no fun!

Decent updated details over the phone. Poor customer service regarding courtesy car ride from dealership home.
1.3 miles outside the range and that service was denied to my husband.

Great service in an emergency
My trunk lid would not stay closed 2 days after I received a recall notice about the trunk latch, so I drove to the dealership and got immediate repairs thanks to Jason the service manager and others in the service department. I was out the door within an hour and a half.

Ricardo and the three managers were not respectful
Unsatisfied with Ricardo's initial attitude of not wanting to fix my car when there is a known problem with the dual clutch and after it was fixed, same rudeness occurred with blaming the Salesforce who do not know and/or do not explain the dual clutch cars.

We've been together a long time now, with both the Santa Fe and the Tucson and we really do appreciate your business, we're very sorry you left here with any other impression.  Jason Coburn who you worked with this visit, was the original service advisor for your first oil change on the Santa Fe all the way back in 2015, I know he wouldn't have wanted you to leave with any bad feelings.

My service advisor - Jason - is the very best to work with. He keeps me posted about the progress on my vehicle and calls when vehicle is ready. I have taken my vehicle to Earnhardt since I purchased it - with one minor exception - and will purchase my next vehicle from them. Michael Southern and Jason Coburn are the best to work with.

Finish the job
This dealer did not rotate my tire or do fluid top off like they said they have accomplished. NEVER trust them.

P.G. this is very curious.  Our technician had clearly noted that he had rotated the tires, so we are at a loss to understand or explain how it could be that he did not.

Your complimentary maintenance plan from Hyundai does cover oil changes and rotations every 7,500 miles and we automatically include that in any of those services we do for you.  

Of course we want to address any unresolved issues from your last visit, and as your closest Hyundai dealer, we do want to be here for you whenever you need us in the future.  This visit's software update and basic service should not have been an issue for you or for us and we're sorry we left you with such misgivings.  We would like to make this right, I will try reaching out to see how we can get our relationship back on track.

We're sorry you had such a poor experience, we'll try to find a path forward for both of us.
