Great service in an emergency
My trunk lid would not stay closed 2 days after I received a recall notice about the trunk latch, so I drove to the dealership and got immediate repairs thanks to Jason the service manager and others in the service department. I was out the door within an hour and a half.

Although business is busy and scheduling is backlogged..we still would rather wait for a service appointment from Hyundai-North Scottsdale and Michael (Jason C.), than going to another location for service. My service advisor - Jason - is the very best to work with. He keeps me posted about the progress on my vehicle and calls when vehicle is ready. I have taken my vehicle to Earnhardt since I purchased it - with one minor exception - and will purchase my next vehicle from them. Michael Southern and Jason Coburn are the best to work with.
