Amazing buying experience and vehicle knowledge.
Easy to apply for financing and very easy to completely understand all the paperwork. The "after the sale" phone call was unexpected, but so great to know they really wanted to make sure everything was great!

Quota oriented rather than customer oriented.
Fortunately this is my last vehicle purchase .I'm 87. The Genesis G-80 sells itself...this is my second one and Hyundai nailed it with their design and amenities. Head and shoulders above comparable models of other brands. It is the dealership sales methods I found distasteful and experienced my self inflicted wounds after verbally agreeing/signing. My error, but also avoidable if I had insisted a clear review of the figures. It should not happen and did not happen when I bought my 2017 G-80 in Gulfport, La. at the Allen dealership. They were up front and there was no misunderstanding of figures. It was my screw-up. I have read and understand the Terms of Service in this survey and have retained the paperwork substantiating my aforesaid in purchasing my G-80 and have offered to send them to Hyundai. I await and look forward to their response as to whom it should be sent.

First of all we would sincerely like to thank you for your recent purchase.  You have excellent taste in automobiles Richard.  Secondly we would certainly like to aplogize for any price misunderstanding.  It was our understanding that even though price was discussed up front, we still renegotiated before delivery due to good customer service.
Our General Manager has tried to reach out to you by phone to try and resolve any grivence you might have.  We try our best at complete customer satisfaction, however if we fall short we certainly try and make it right.  
Please reconsider the score you gave us and rescore us a 5 star.  We will do our best to make your ownership experience as excellent as the Genesis you purchased.
