Dave is awesome
There were a few issues with my last visit. However, Dave the service manager reached out to me and wanted to get to the bottom of them. After our conversation, he assured me that they are working to resolve these issues. I definitely appreciated that. He even offered me a free detail coupon for my truck. Though I still have an issue with the dealership overall (the loaner car policy), the service department is “A-ok” with me.

Try another dealership
My last experience here was not great. My service advisor, Will was cool. However, the service department is quite backed up. I understand things are delayed now days, but to not offer a loaner vehicle is quite inconvenient. Other dealerships offer this service, not sure why pohanka doesn’t. Forced me to have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to rent a car for two weeks.

I just had my engine a week ago have called several times car acts like it still want to cut off on 3/10/21 car made a clonking noise hesitated like it has no power something is wrong with my car I don’t feel I should have to keep coming back here every week for them to say nothing is wrong. I’m not pleased with my car service i still feel in safe driving with my Family in the car not shifting no power going up hill I know I it a 4 cylinder still should make it up the hill without getting hung I must get out of this Tucson I always wanted a Hyundai but not please with this one very disappointing and dissatisfied

The custom service was great. Ms. Kristen worked with me, broke down the details for my next service that I need to Look out for, she focused pricing and understanding my problem and worked with me. This time I kept myself occupied and arrived early so I am able to be in and out :)!

I went into the dealership for a major maintenance service the service was excellent the young lady that checked me in and out explained everything in full complete details. She even explained some things about my next two services. I always get my car serviced at Pohanka Hyundai and the service is always excellent. The staff is always kind and professional.

Service was for check engine, 60K maintenance, repair on a service recall for a defective part.
Outstanding service. I was accurately advised it would be about 2 weeks due to a backlog to have a diagnostic conducted. Also, during this period received a recall notice from Hyundai to replace a defected part. A big shout out to Sean for his professionalism and courtesy!

My last service experience was very pleasant. I had not scheduled an appointment, but I was able to bring my car anyway. The department wasn't sure they would be able to work on my car, but they were able to fit me in. This made a world of difference. I didn't have to wait am extended length of time.
