Excellent service!
The training of the staff to understand the importance of a customer. There, I feel welcomed; I feel they truly care about me and my vehicle; they do it with speed and accuracy and different from other dealers and shops, they understand how important is TO SAVE MONEY. In Puente Hills Hyundai I don't feel that they want to take advantage of me. They put side by side with me and try to get the best deal for the repair or maintenance of my car.

We leave our car the night before with keys in the drop off. Javier calls 1st thing in the in the morning confirms what needs to be serviced. Service done in a few hours.
It’s an easy service call. We have been doing this for years. It’s our third Hyndai car.

Was nice. Everyone is always friendly and nice. Usually go for basic servicing on my car mainly oil changes. Past few times I didn’t get a sticker for my next oil change so I have to make a guess or sadly wait till the light goes on. Overall cool, friendly and nice.

Javier went above and beyond. I would come more often if I lived closer. Seems to have long wait times and is more crowded now due to excellent reputation. May need more staff.
