Excellent service!
The training of the staff to understand the importance of a customer. There, I feel welcomed; I feel they truly care about me and my vehicle; they do it with speed and accuracy and different from other dealers and shops, they understand how important is TO SAVE MONEY. In Puente Hills Hyundai I don't feel that they want to take advantage of me. They put side by side with me and try to get the best deal for the repair or maintenance of my car.

We leave our car the night before with keys in the drop off. Javier calls 1st thing in the in the morning confirms what needs to be serviced. Service done in a few hours.
It’s an easy service call. We have been doing this for years. It’s our third Hyndai car.

Javier went above and beyond. I would come more often if I lived closer. Seems to have long wait times and is more crowded now due to excellent reputation. May need more staff.

Best place to service your vehicle
I absolutely love coming here! I don’t even live or work in the area any longer buts it’s always worth the drive. The facility is so clean & customer friendly with plenty of seating, coffee, TV, & very comfortable. Javer is my go-to guy & I’ve worked with him for many years. I won’t go anywhere else!

Arrived earlier than my service appointment time. Got seen a bit after. Provided a rough time estimate of completion. It was finished before the time so that's a plus. No amenities in the waiting room most likely due to Covid but some Coffee would be nice for the morning appointments. Sales people are obvious to people looking at the cars in the show room who may had been interested in another car. Guess not.

Great service experience!
My car failed a smog check (engine light) so i took it in to get checked.Had a misfire in the 3rd cylinder and it was covered by Hyundai 100 mile 10 year warranty.Car was repaired in 2 weeks and a loaner was provided free of charge. Was very happy with the service i received from Javier Esquivel. Car runs great and passed the smog check now. Very pleased with the service i received from Puente Hills Hyundai.

Service team was excellent
The service team explained all service work clearly and the work was done in the time they said. It would be fine. The only issue I had was with the WiFi being terrible, I recommend dropping off the car instead of waiting. The WiFi is not in the service teams control.

Service team did great, WiFi useless
The service was good and smooth but I had a 3 hour service so I brought my laptop to get work done. Could not even connect to basic level of internet. Did not get to make use of my wait time. The service is still good but with COVID you don’t have options to go offsite to get work done

Javier, (service) has been my only contact at PHH since my purchase 9yrs 10months ago. He’s the best. I will keep my Genesis and Javier. Because if I get a new one, I would have to change dealerships. When you start selling Genesis’s again, maybe I’ll consider a new one.

Javer in Service goes that extra mile for his clients.
I have dealt with many of the service personnel in the past and by far, Javer is the best. He knows his clients and goes that extra mile for them. I have had all services for my car done at this dealership and if I have had any problems, they are dealt with in a timely manner. It is nice to have a good repor with the dealership.
