Decent
Arrived earlier than my service appointment time. Got seen a bit after. Provided a rough time estimate of completion. It was finished before the time so that's a plus. No amenities in the waiting room most likely due to Covid but some Coffee would be nice for the morning appointments. Sales people are obvious to people looking at the cars in the show room who may had been interested in another car. Guess not.

Multiple trips needed.
I’m not sure why every time I take my car in for an issue it takes two or three times to actually have the problem fixed. It’s like the techs are just rushing the cars out of the door to clear their queue. Not one time have I not had to do multiple trips. Service manager needs to step up and get involved.

I’ve though I had a good experience at this Dealership with my Daughters car and came back all the way from Rancho Cucamonga. Next time I feel like I should go to a dealer closer to me. Now that I look back at both services they were both recalls and we ended paying labor costs.

If I may say something though.... We did not charge any labor for your recall.  Rodent damage is not covered under warranty and there is not much we can do. 

Regardless, if you feel the experience at our department was unpleasant, it is our fault.

Good personnel and good service. Brake components very expensive
My Genesis 2012 has 26 K original miles. The brake components(cptr) went out expensive. I need to replace the passenger rear view mirror. Motor burned out at 26K expensive. I did not replace it.

The Oder and smell didn’t last 2 days, it lasted 6 days. They did an Evaporator flush and replaced the Air Cabin Filter. Now I feel the air I breathe is cleaner.

Not such a tight ship.
When returned to me after basic servicing, my car had a rattle it didn't have before I dropped it off, requiring me to return it to be fixed, and while the rattle did disappear after they worked on it again, no valid explanation was given as to what had been done wrong or left undone.

The waiting area is large, comfortable, and serves popcorn. But the place was a madhouse the day I was there. The service check-in guys were clearly flustered.
