100k Warranty Scam
2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport with multiple engine, transmission and technical issues. We have spent 4 years in and out of this out this dealership and still have an open case cause the car is not absorbing oil. Corporate won’t help, service won’t help abs sales just wants to make commission. Atlantic Hyundai of West Babylon & John Grasso and team only care about internal ROI’s & performance ratings, not doing what is right. They will continue to service the care to absorb your 100k warranty and temporarily fix the issues. Corporate Customer Service is not any better. The agent we talked to had the service skills of an uneducated felon and the approach of a line backer in the middle of an intense game. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Today I spoke to John Grosso from Atlantic Hyundai and it was a pleasure! He reassured me that my 2014 Sante Fe is in good hands and their in the progress of ordering my new engine and that he will make every effect to get me a rent a car for me to use for as long as it takes for my car to be fix! My mind is at ease after talking to John and knowing that everyone there are doing everything possible to make this easy for me.

I am beyond frustrated about the customer service !
Went in for a air conditioning problem and left the lot with a blown out engine and no loaner car After leaving over 5 messages and not 1return call
I WILL NEVER COME BACK !!!!!!!!!!!

Service did not completly fix car
Erica from the resolution department contacted me and was wonderful in resolving this issue. The repairs will be done in a timely manner and they were wonderful to give us a car rental in the meantime. I have been a Hyundai customer from the time they first came out and we have always had Hyundais because we love the cars.

Service did not completly fix car
We brought our Velostar in on Friday morning for a check engine light and the touchscreen not working on dash. They had the car until Monday evening, never called me to say it was supposably done. Picked up car right before closing and noticed the touchscreen was never repaired. Noone has told me why, they just dropped the car and close.

No consideration for customer's time
I specifically asked if my car would be finished in 2 hours due to a 6-hour wait time last inspection visit that cost me hours at work. This time it took nearly 4 hours and once again I was robbed of my time. No updates regarding status of vehicle was offered. Trying to get an update out of an employee is harder than it should be.

I didn't feel honored as a customer
I was very disappointed with Hyundai my transmission went at 71000 miles it was covered under a Powertrain warranty and I did not get a loaner car. I had to rent a car at my expense. they had my car for 10 days so it cost me $750 in rentals.that I am trying to recover I got in touch with corporate and they said they only would give me 20 to $30 back a day for rental. I was sold a faulty car I should have zero out-of-pocket expense and I'm stuck with $750 I have to pay. I am a good customer I not only bought a car from them I brought my sister and she brought a car from them.we will both not be returning ever.

Atlantic Hyundai is a nightmare
My service experience at Atlantic Hyundai was terrible! The service advisor was terrible with following up with me on my car's status while the transmission had to be replaced on my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was told that Hyundai does not provide a loaner car unless your car has a recall service being done. Rediculous service!!

My time is valuable as I work full time the sign says they get 159.00 an hour flat rate well I was made to wait over an hour for loaner car that was scheduled weeks in advanced so my fee is 159.00 for the hour I waited also the main issue paint on hatchback not looked at or repaired

I left with my tires inflated to 60!! I was told I would have to wait to have it looked at. After an 860.00 repair I kept calling until I was told I could bring it right back.,I’m very concerned about safety and attention to detail

Misrepresentation & Broken Promises
Origin of my first Hyundai, a Tiburon, in the early 2000s; currently on the third Hyundai!

Amazing how fast time flies & how quickly an experience with the Sales & Financing departments would nose-dive... thanks to mis-representation, broken promises, & lack of transparency!

Thanks to Service for saving the day; unfortunately the damage in customer service has already been done.

3.5 hours waiting for Oil change and Tire rotation after scheduled appointment.
I waited 3.5 hours for my first Oil change and Tire rotation. I tried again a few months later because I had a prepaid maintenance package. I left in disgust after 1.5 hours of waiting after checking on the status of my service. They told me that my oil change and rotation wasn't done, but they wanted to know if they should add a state inspection.
Another customer in the lounge stated that he was already waiting 3 hours for his oil change. Both of my service visits were scheduled in advance.
I believe that my prepaid maintenance package is pretty much useless because it's not worth it for me to travel to some distant dealer because I sure won't be back here.

Better Communication with customers
Need to tell the customer if something extra they noticed needs to be done with the car before the customer comes back and sees extra charges on the bill without being told previously.

The amount of time it takes to complete service even when you have an appointment is ridiculous. There is a definite lack of communication as well.

Not a happy customer!
This was the first time getting oil change there, and there was no one around to tell me where to go. And waiting an hour and a half was ridiculous! And then the fellas that bring your car to you when its finished were sleeping on their desks and I couldnt see them because the counter/desks are high, so I stood there for 5-10 minutes! And an explanation as to what was even done! Were all the fluids ok or filled? Were the tires rotated? If not when do they get rotated? Do I need oil change at 3000 or 5000? Not a good experience!

WORST SERVICE CALL EXPERIENCE EVER
Got a call on a recall of the airbag. assumed it was the one in the steering wheel. picked up the car and found the entire glovebox emptied on the floor. the cabin filter was also on the floor along with the plastic clips holding the glovebox closed. the paperwork showed a walk around inspection was done a checklist was to be attached but it wos'nt. I called as recommended if not satisfied with service but got the machine . asked for callback but got none. worst service call i ever got.
