Friendly and courteous
This dealership’s service department is very friendly and courteous. They are prompt. Unfortunately, the software upgrade did not improve the driving experience of my car. At this point, it would be unlikely that I would purchase another Tucson, but this is no fault of the dealer. I feel this is an overall Hyundai issue that needs to be solved.

Professional personnel
I had to deal with my engine having issues and the problem not being resolved at other locations. They would push off the problem and have me wait another couple months for them to come back without a resolution. I decided to go to SC Hyundai and that same day they took my car in. Within about a week I got a call with the okay to change my engine out due to indicators that there were serious issues. I can’t explain how fast, efficient, and professional the employees are there. A issue that has been going on for years and never resolved with the other locations was resolved within a month at SC Hyundai! Will drive out of my way (40 min) just to get other services done there.

Not COVD-19 friendly
After waiting longer than usual sitting between people not wearing masks I was upset. I have waited in other places during this time and chairs were removed so we were distanced. Most businesses are requiring masks but even the sales employees were not wearing them as they walked through the area. The service people were. Then I was asked to sign my paperwork with a pen that everyone was using but I did not see any sanitizer to use when done. Just very surprised about this at your dealership. If I recommend this service facility I will tell them about my experience. At this time my answer below will be no.

St. Charles Hyundai is a great place to purchase a Hyundai and also for service.
We left another Hyundai dealership because they would not honor the Hyundai ad nor their verbal agreement with us. We immediately looked online and drove to St. Charles Hyundai. Immediately bought a new Sonata because not only did they honor the Hyundai ad but also gave us a better warranty. This was my second Sonata and I loved them both. It really is the same as driving and riding in a Lexus. But also the service for the autos have always been pleasant, honest and quick. I will be giving St. Charles Hyundai more business in the future.

They did an oil change and checked my car to see why the rpm went away and when I had no acceleration from stop. Took awhile to get to 40 miles an hour from a stopped position. They couldn't duplicate the problem.
