My 2019 Kona EC recall work
Kudos to Puente Hills Hyundai for a quicker servicing of 2019 Kona Electric re the recall repair..i waited for the other dealership I usually have my car serviced, but for some reason it's taking them a looonnnng time to schedule recall work on the same..Puente Hills Hyundai made me feel more welcomed and it took only a matter of weeks before my car finally got the recall it needed..

  I will investigate further but I do not understand what you are referring to as warranty.  All I see is a simple oil change in this RO.  And yes.  You are still under factory warranty but it does not cover the oil change.....  I was looking for pre paid maintenance plan also but you do not have that either....  We will contact you to clarify this.  Thank you for filling out the survey.  Your opinions always matter to us whether it is positive or not.....

My favorite Hyundai Dealer Service
Making an appointment here is easy and your car is taken in quickly. Service personnel are very courteous and professional. Your time is valued here and your car is returned when promised. I’ve never had to return for any issues after servicing. Your history is reviewed and services recommended and explained. I feel my car gets great care here and is maintained in top condition.

A ride back home was provided but no pickup of vehicle even it's 2 miles away per dealership policy. All were done in one day as promised.

Professional and honest people
For a recent factory scheduled maintenance, they recommended an alignment check. At first, I didn’t think it’s needed. But they explained to me professionally. So I ordered the service. It turned out that my car’s alignment was off a lot. And the car drive much smoothly after the service.
