I would've gave a five star rating but for me being a new car owner and taking my truck in for a first time oil change and first service and had to pay out of pocket for both. Im very unhappy. I thought it was including when I signed the paperwork. Then I wanted to speak to someone about no one was available. So I left my name and number and no one got back to me. I'm not happy right now.

I would recommend diagnostic assessments be available on the weekend. I was told I’d have to leave my vehicle and wait until Monday for the test to be administered or come back Monday, which was a total inconvenience. As a result, I found another business to provide immediate services.

The service appt went off went as expected. What I did not like is they made it seem like even though it was complimentary my car wash was not done because it was raining but it was put on my paperwork even if it was it shouldn't be put on the paperwork when not done. That could be considered false advertising. Just making a point and if that is done then a customer could say what else can be put on my paperwork that is also untrue. Yes it is trivial but it still makes one wonder.
