New car / great referral
A friend recommended Park Place when I became the new owner of a AM 2006 DB9. I hadn't even driven one, and was in over my head. Luckily the referral solved that!

Great Experience
After weeks of calling the Mercedes Benz dealer with out getting through or having my call returned I went on line to find an alternative. I didn't realize that Park Place specialized in MB maintenance. I called Park Place and immediately got through to schedule an appointment that worked for me. They do not have loaner cars although if I had needed to leave my car there for the entire day, I could have rented one myself. I waited while my car was worked on...approximately 90 minutes. My bill was fair and suspect less than the dealer. The waiting room is comfortable but not luxurious. I walked to get coffee....I think a Nespresso or Keurig machine would be a nice touch. Staff were great and one of the workers hand rubbed marks from my bumper. I will come back.
