The same day I left my previous 1 star review, I was called by Mr. Park to resolve my issue. Be advised, if you call the service department to resolve your issue, it will fall on deaf ears. But leaving a review here will be sure to get your problem resolved. Mr. Park wants to make you happy!

Nov 2017 Maintenance
I was not told the results of my vehicle maintenance and inspection. Upon reading the receipt, it said I needed my windshield wipers replaced. I bought them and had them replaced by this dealership April 2017. So I know that to not be true. The next day after having this maintenance done, my car would not start. AAA told me my battery needed to be replaced. This should have been caught during the maintenance inspection. My battery did not go from “acceptable” to dead in one day.

Great customer service.
Staff was very friendly and had great people skills. Very good about that my only complaint is that they offered to wash my car but did a very poor job at that. The interior was not even touched and the outside was quickly rinsed at best. Other than that however, it was good.

Checked my battery and found it did not pass it's test-they gave me a New battery at No Charge!
