Follow up from service issues
I wanted to say that I am very happy that Hyundai of Wesley Chapel to take my concerns into consideration and address the issues with my car and finally found a resolution of the problem with my car. I am very happy that they were able to seek out assistance with the manufacture and repair the transmission issue that I had and even resolve the headlight issue I am now having. They provided a car for me to drive so I am able to go to work and take my son to and from all his soccer games especially in the busiest time of his season. I want to say thank you to AJ especially because he always takes great care of me and my car!!! I even might purchase the Kona once she gets her license because that car is perfect for anyone who is a beginner driver!!!

Poor communication
I have always trusted Hyundai of Wesley Chapel with my car since getting my second car from them instead of the Hillsborough dealership because they always tell me the truth about my car but I feel now they are pushing me to try to buy new car when I just got a new engine and there is less than 90k miles on the car . Servicing at Wesley Chapel Hyundai
I was told by the finance director when I purchased the car that I could only have it serviced at Wesley Chapel Hyundai, Which wasn't true. When I called to set up my servicing for my warranty, I had to wait for my appointment for 2 months to have the work done. By waiting this long I lost benefits from my warranty which I then had to pay for. Had I known, I would have had my car serviced at several locations in Tampa before then. I will not be returning for any servicing at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel.

John is tremendous at making you feel known and not like just another customer. When I had a small problem with my service, he made sure to address my concerns quickly and thoroughly. The facility is clean and welcoming.

Bad Customer service
They make you feel that they are doing you a favor by servicing your vehicle. When you arrive they all make a point to not acknowledge your existence and not one person wants to help, the are "always busy" and when one finally feels that they have to greet you, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. The new lady was rude and not helpful. When I asked her for my multi point inspection report, she ignored me and when I asked again, lied and told me that they don't give this out. I've been going to this dealership since I bought my vehicle there in 2012 and they always give a copy of the inspection report or at least send me a text where I can see the report. She lied and said that wasn't available at all. Poor customer service it used to be a bit better.

Worst service ever!
Joke of a dealership. Service work is horrible. Lost my keys. Had 4+ visits for tint warranty work(still done wrong), missing paint on new car. Last visit my tires were maxed out to 49 psi( car is 33). They act like I'm a burden and annoying. Will never return to this location ever again!

Poor Service Department That Does Not Honor Offers Its Dealership Solicits
Scheduled an oil change for our vehicle based on a discount offer sent to us by Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. Service Advisor did not give us the offer, even though it was valid, making it sound like it was not good for our vehicle. The offer was for a $21.99 oil change. Instead, we end up with a $59.99 oil change that totals almost $75.00 after shop and disposal fees, more than three times the prices. We take excellent care of our vehicle, but we always leave this dealership paying hundreds of dollars in extra service expenses. After buying three cars from Hyundai since 2001, two from this dealership, this will be the last Hyundai we will purchase in our household.

Mechanic couldn't fix a flat tire
My mother in law brought the vehicle in because my wife went to go to work and found the tire flat. My father in law aired up the tire and the vehicle was driven to the service facility. The tech working the vehicle told mother in law there is nothing wrong with the tire. she explained to him that it was flat this am but he still sent her on her way. Not two hours later my mother in law was picking up my wife from work and the tire was flat again. they had to have it towed to your facility and get an uber home. Completely dumbfounded by the fact a customer brings you a car and tells you the tire was just flat and you do nothing! Especially when the vehicle has no spare. Had the tire went flat or blown out on the highway someone could have died.

Up sell services not needed
We changed both filters ( engine and cabin) day before the service and the service team came back with recommendation to change the filters saying they were dirty. This is 2nd time happening and never come back again.

This is a crap way to treat someone who has paid for 7 or 8 dif cars from you.
All the rubber was taken off the 2 front tiers to the metal cord . He said it was not the tiers it was the alignment and that was done by you 3000 miles ago. If that is the case then you owe us 280.00 for 2 new tiers. And he said that if it was the tiers he said its not your fault in any way and we have to take it up with the tier company witch tells me you don't back up anything the car was made with. We made them give us the tiers and told them before hand . We had to go back because they did not put them in the trunk . After buying 7 or 8 cars from you in the past 6 years why would I ever want to buy another from you ever again. My wife feels belittled every time she ever steps foot on your lot for service and so I need to always for her. It took 180 days just to fix a phone volume problem because they told her over and over again its her phone not the car . I finally had to go and tell them and it was fixed in 3 minuets because it was a setting on the car.
Time will tell if the same thing happens again . If my wife did not turn her car on and happened to need air in one of the tiers and see how bad it was she may have died coming home that night on the Suncoast going 60 or 70 miles per hr. with both tiers blowing out and shredding at the same time .

Why should I ever buy another car form you ever again if this is the way we have been treated since your old Business manager left your company .

We do use factory components and also have a factory trained technician working on the vehicle. You also receive a 12 month 12000 mile parts and labor warranty for any defects or workmanship issues within that time frame. Do Not Trust Them
Work wasn't completed in a timely manner, they felt the need to be spiteful because they were not getting paid commission for the services they were having to do because I am a family member to an employer at one of the dealerships therefore they put me at the last of the list and forced me to wait till closing.... for an oil change because they were angry. I am not an idiot and knew the entire time what was going on.
