Bad Customer service
They make you feel that they are doing you a favor by servicing your vehicle. When you arrive they all make a point to not acknowledge your existence and not one person wants to help, the are "always busy" and when one finally feels that they have to greet you, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. The new lady was rude and not helpful. When I asked her for my multi point inspection report, she ignored me and when I asked again, lied and told me that they don't give this out. I've been going to this dealership since I bought my vehicle there in 2012 and they always give a copy of the inspection report or at least send me a text where I can see the report. She lied and said that wasn't available at all. Poor customer service it used to be a bit better.

Improve tech services, waiting time, acknowledging when quality of service is absent or low, being courteous.
When you do regular service of car, do a good job so that the battery does not die out with acid leaking from it a few weeks after complete check of car

I'm gonna say No to recommend for now--I will change the review if things improve in future

Worst service ever!
Joke of a dealership. Service work is horrible. Lost my keys. Had 4+ visits for tint warranty work(still done wrong), missing paint on new car. Last visit my tires were maxed out to 49 psi( car is 33). They act like I'm a burden and annoying. Will never return to this location ever again!

Poor Service Department That Does Not Honor Offers Its Dealership Solicits
Scheduled an oil change for our vehicle based on a discount offer sent to us by Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. Service Advisor did not give us the offer, even though it was valid, making it sound like it was not good for our vehicle. The offer was for a $21.99 oil change. Instead, we end up with a $59.99 oil change that totals almost $75.00 after shop and disposal fees, more than three times the prices. We take excellent care of our vehicle, but we always leave this dealership paying hundreds of dollars in extra service expenses. After buying three cars from Hyundai since 2001, two from this dealership, this will be the last Hyundai we will purchase in our household.

Took my car for service - oil change - 1st time there - used to take car for service to another dealership. The other place washed and vacuumed car, so I was dissappointed that you didn't do it. Not sure I will come back unless they start giving the extras.

Latest Service Visit
I have always receive excellent service from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel and this last visit was no exception. I came in for a $200 60,000 mile service and when it was all done, the service cost over $800.00. I really like my Genesis (this is the third one I have owned)and regularly promote the quality of the car and how inexpensive it is to service. I will be rethinking the promotion of the brand since this last service.

Mechanic couldn't fix a flat tire
My mother in law brought the vehicle in because my wife went to go to work and found the tire flat. My father in law aired up the tire and the vehicle was driven to the service facility. The tech working the vehicle told mother in law there is nothing wrong with the tire. she explained to him that it was flat this am but he still sent her on her way. Not two hours later my mother in law was picking up my wife from work and the tire was flat again. they had to have it towed to your facility and get an uber home. Completely dumbfounded by the fact a customer brings you a car and tells you the tire was just flat and you do nothing! Especially when the vehicle has no spare. Had the tire went flat or blown out on the highway someone could have died.

We changed both filters ( engine and cabin) day before the service and the service team came back with recommendation to change the filters saying they were dirty. This is 2nd time happening and never come back again.

We should have been more clear with our communication and this probably would have been avoided. There was some disconnect from the technician to the advisor then to you and we need to improve and make sure those disconnects don't happen again. We have voiced this issue with the staff and hope this doesn't happen again but we still do apologize that it happened to you in the first place. You have been coming to our service department for a long time and we do value you as a customer. I unfortunately cannot undo whats been done but I can offer a $100 store credit good towards any future services with no expiration date to show we do want you to return and we do value you as a customer for all these years. I usually have no complaints - this time I do. This is the 2nd service where things did not go as they should have. Oil change both times. I bought a 2018 SUV and complimentary service for one year. I realize it is a free service for the year, it has not been the best. 1st time I am in reference to, they checked all levels, reset the service maintenance on the computer, and washed my car. When I arrived home I noticed the caps for the tires were missing. I called them and they apologized and offered to fill my tank for the inconvenience. I live 30 miles from them so it is not just around the corner. I had to make another trip there and wait. They did not fill my tank. I called them on my way out and they said I should get a voucher and never did.
This time I went for an oil change, I asked for the car to be washed as that was complimentary - you have to ask or they do not wash it or even offer!! They did the oil change and said my SUV is ready. I asked about the car wash for confirmation and they did not do it. They asked me if I still wanted it, I told them yes. I had to wait again after they said it was ready. When they said my car is ready, I left. When arrived home I noticed they did not reset the computer maintenance field correctly(SUV had to be turned off and started again before notification shows) and I did not walk to passenger side when I left, it looked clean and I left. Once home, the passenger side was dirty still dirty. I had to wash it again. I am still waiting for my free tank of fuel voucher also.
