I will always bring my cars back to St. Augustine Hyundai for service. Everyone of the staff are kind, patient and polite.

This is a dealership with helpful, friendly associates
Although I initially had an issue with a repair price quote (an honest mistake, I'm sure) Justin and the management team stepped up and corrected it.

I've now purchased 2 cars here and have recommended this dealership to friends.

Bait and Switch or limited knowledge and bad info?
I've always liked this dealership until my recent experience. I was told over the phone that my problem would be covered at no charge and drove two hours round trip only to find it would run me $400. to install a $3.00 defective part.

Could.have been better
They have a problem with making appointments. It failed once when called the dealer and made appointment, arrived and told I did not have an appointment. The second time I made appointment on line received a date and time, it was confirmed. Then got another notice this time the time was different. When called to dealership they had not record of my appointment. Called the supervisor for service department and he got me an appointment.

My time is important to me as your time is to you. If my car is not going in 40 minutes late why doesn’t my appointment start 40 minutes later? I would recommend this business or sales but service yes questionable

Oil Change problems
I suspected stripped oil drain plug from a previous oil change done at Hyundai of St. Augustine. When I returned to that dealership for my next oil change I requested to see the drain plug when it was removed. Justin, my service advisor, was extremely cooperative and brought me the drain plug and is was, as expected, stripped. Justin had the drain plug replaced with a new piece. When I returned for my next oil change I again asked Justin to show me the drain plug. Again Justin was very cooperative and did bring the drain plug to me for inspection, and it was OK. I will be returning for my next oil change to be sure that this problem is resolved. I am sure that Justin has no control over what happens in the service department, but he has done an excellent job making sure that I am being satisfied.

Normally great service.
Great staff, nice and clean waiting area. First time I had an issue with their service. The checklist of services provided said that my tires were checked and were adjusted to the right pressure. Well they weren’t and it wasn’t, tire pressure was 18 psi and turns out I had 2 nails in it.

Third set of tires from this dealership
Almost 40,000 miles per set of tires. Best deal seems to be at the dealership. Buy 3 by one for a dollar. Going on 8 years with this vehicle. The service department is the best.

Losing faith in Hyundai quality
Have been going to this dealership exclusively for six years. general service has been great. The car has been well maintained and always garaged. Then the starter goes out for no reason. And no reasonable explanation. Quite a few recalls but they were taken care of. Now they have to replace a tail light. Third problem we've had with the brakes light on vehicle . Small plastic shark fin piece on antenna fell off $360 plus labor. Wife was wanting to buy a new Palisade replaced his vehicle but I'm not sure. I've lost faith in Hyundai
