DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME EXPECTING USEFUL RECOMMENDATIONS! THEY'LL LET YOU DRIVE OFF THE LOT WITH TONS OF PROBLEMS, THEN EMAIL YOU ABOUT THEM SAYING YOU SHOULD GET THESE DONE EVEN THOUGH NOTHING WAS EVER RECOMMENDED. WHEN I MENTIONED THE CONCERN TO THE SERVICE AGENT JUSTIN HIS RESPONSE WAS LITERALLY " I DON'T KNOW SOMETIMES RECOMMENDATIONS FALL OFF."

my experience I had to go back in and get the report of the inspection printed but after looking over my car and the work order sheet I see that in the package I pick online it included a battery service I look in my trunk bc that is where my battery was and it looked untouched and I did not get a battery report or anything but said perform battery service and I don’t know what that include? To access the battery you have to pull everything out of the trunk to lift the cardboard insert and take off the cables. Also I booked the appointment through the app and in there app it said it was going to be 129.99 for the package I picked and when I got there it said it was 179.99 then when I payed it was 211.85 so I asked the service guy and he said that it did not include hazardous disposal fee which I think it should bc 99.99% of people do not take the old oil back with them. I feel like I got ripped off I walked in there think I was going to pay 130 then walked out paying 211 I know the guy told me it was going to be 179 not blaming him just think you guys need to Address this with your website. Please get back to me when you can. Thanks

Worst experience I ever had
I took my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation. The only thing that I was advised that the technician found was that it was time to get new brake pads, which that's understandable. When I left from having my car serviced, my car sounded weird. My tires were making a weird noise and it scared me, so I took my car back to get checked. They advised me, at that time, that since they rotated the tires that the tires were "cupping" and the front tires are more worn than the back. And I should look to get new tires, and if it rained, I take the chance of hydroplaning. Well, this was alarming, considering they just serviced my car and the technician did not mention any of this. Had the service technician fully inspected my car, before rotating the tires, he should have caught that and informed me of this and provided options on what needed to be done, instead of just rotating my tires, just cause. I left and had my tires looked at somewhere else, because at this point, I do not trust their technicians at all, because I shouldn't leave from having my car serviced and my car is worse than what it was before I took it in. My car did not sound or feel like that before it was serviced. Since they rotated the tires, I was able to hear how bad my front tires were. I guess when they were on the back, I couldn't hear the noise or feel the difference. When I had it looked at somewhere else, they said the tires shouldn't have been rotated before advising the condition, etc. Yes, that makes sense. I got 2 new tires and service for only $151 and now my car sounds and feels so much better. Wesley Chapel Hyundai was going to charge me $332 to have this done, but I got a great deal somewhere else and I felt a lot better with the technician there. I will not be returning to Wesley Chapel Hyundai, as I do not trust their technicians really inspect and inform their customers of what's really needed before they just do routine work.

I Will Never Use Their Service Again
This was the third time using their service. The first time they did not check nor replace fluids and did not inflate my tires which were very low. Had no windshield washer fluid when I arrived and had none when I left. But.....I still had a couple more free oil changes left, so I went back.

This time they tried to sell me a package right from the start. Then, when I just said oil change only, they tried to sell me fuel additive (car is less than a year old). And then they brought me the cabin air filter and wanted to replace. I said fine, although my gut said no. Well the filter change ended up costing over $50. I only wanted my free oil change. Needless to say will never go there again.

Failure to Fix an AC Issue
I have brought my vehicle in four different time to have the AC fixed. They turn the car on, AC comes on, they don't fix just return the car. The AC still sputters and makes a horrid sound or goes out all together.

I see a visit from last November, last March, then this one. Our difficulty lies with the intermittent nature of the concern and not replciating the issue to diagnoise. What I would like to do is place you in a loaner vehicle and have you ride with a technician to verify your issues. If you can capture video of the concern happening as well that would be helpful to see exactly what lights are on the cluster and what noise you're experiencing. Let me know when you would like to come in so we may coordinate the loaner vehicle. I will make our Service Manager, Keith Flynne, aware so he is in the loop. We look forward to hearing from you.

Multiple times lied
I brought my vehicle in for a recall on a sensor. On the way to the dealership, I’ve only had the car a month maybe, the air pressure warning light illuminated so I asked the service professional to have them take a look at the tires when they did the sensor and he said “sure, no problem.”
I came to pick up the car and the professional told me that the tire pressure sensor wasn’t resetting and it may when I drive it a little more. I asked what was wrong and he said that they just put some air into it. As I was driving home I noticed the tire pressure was showing on the display and 3 tires were at 28psi and the fourth was at 26, this was the one causing the error light. I returned home and checked the door jam to verify the recommended psi. The recommended psi is 35. I filled all tires to 35 and the error was eliminated.
Now either the professional lied to me, the technician lied to the professional or the staff is just incompetent. Either way, it is bad because when I purchased the car the “Maintenance Interval” warning came up and when I called they said the technician didn’t reset the computer. This was a loaner and had around 4K miles on it already. But again, the technician was incompetent and couldn’t complete a simple task.

Took my car in for scheduled 7500 maintenance…..oil was changed but that was it. Tires should’ve been filled and rotated, fluids should’ve been topped off, car should’ve been returned washed, and the car was returned with approximately 25 more miles on it than when I drove it in. Additionally, scheduling the visit was an absolute nightmare. The website wouldn’t work and then when I called to schedule they couldn’t fit me in for MORE THAN A MONTH for a standard appointment. Service is usually pretty good here but this experience was not.

Quit adding on extensive services that are not needed.
You guys used to be really good about not jacking up services. The new guy must have worked for Chevy. He added on over $500 worth of unnecessary services and sent them to my text messages via some new program you have. I was very upset to see that. You guys used to be so respectful.

Thanks so much for your review! We totally apologize about the issues last visit, that is not how we usually conduct ourselves. We will address your comments with the staff and make sure we are better from them moving forward. We should have communicated to you better and made you more welcome. We will look to improve out amenities and offerings and also look to improve our communication moving forward. For the issues, I have notated your account with a complimentary oil change and wash, vacuum, window cleaning, and tire shine service electronically with no expiration for future use.
