My sales person (Karen) did not know I tried to contact her. She has since sent me her personal phone number and said I could call any time. She handled my problem right away. Please ask for Karen if you go to thisdealership.

Sales refuses to talk on phone after sales. Called 6 times and could not get sales person (Karen). Need to give them paper work and they will not even give me a fax number. Added charge I did not want. Should have gone over every word in contract so that is my fault. I love Hyundai vehicles but dealership in Silsbee will never see me again.

Excellent Experience, Great Vehicle
Our experience buying a car from this dealership was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful of our time and preferences. We had some difficulty contacting staff members before we purchased the vehicle, but other than that, our experience was excellent! We are very happy with the vehicle and had a fairly easy time getting it from Hyundai of Silsbee.
