Our experience buying a car from this dealership was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful of our time and preferences. We had some difficulty contacting staff members before we purchased the vehicle, but other than that, our experience was excellent! We are very happy with the vehicle and had a fairly easy time getting it from Hyundai of Silsbee.

I went when they were doing a sales blitz and the contractor I spoke with makde all kinds of promis and lied through his teeth but the actual sales manager for the dealership and the sales person did a good job keeping my business and making me happy
