As I had spoken to several people at the dealership, my experience was certainly less than expected. I didn't receive numbers phone calls back and only got multiple phone calls when I left a negative Facebook review, which I later removed at request from dealership... my sediment is still the same. My service was certainly not good and I didn't even get a follow up phone call following the service to see if it was acceptable after ALL of the issues that we both know that I had that were the fault only of the dealership.

Having purchased hundreds of vehicles over the years, I will say that this dealership was the worst experience that I have had. I was not terrible, but I certainly won't be back as I get 5 star services from almost all other dealerships and certainly better follow up than I did here.

Excellent assistance with problems
I had a nice call today in reference to things I needed done with my car. A situation with a small dent in the door of my car that was overlooked will be taken care of next week. The person who called was very accommodating and made sure everything was understood and will be taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate Hyundai following up on these problems and making me feel like an important customer.

Normal maintenance and attention to a problem
Hyundai isn’t what it used to be. It’s not easy getting an appointment. Then when you go in they act like you’re not there. They don’t address everything you need done.

SERVICE ON CAR
THE ALTERNATOR ON OUR HYUNDAI WENT OUT AFTER 9 YEARS AND 48,000 MILES. WE CALLED AND IMMEDIATELY GOT AN APPOINTMENT O FIX IT THE NEXT DAY. THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED ON TIME, THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND THE REPAIR COST WAS REASONABLE.

Best Hyundai Dealer
What makes St. Charles Hyundai the best dealership includes quality vehicles and excellent maintenance service. I have a 2011 Hyundai Tucson. I'm at around 115,000 miles, so now, I'm keeping up my oil changes and any corporate scheduled maintenance. I only go to St. Charles Hyundai for my oil changes (using coupons to lower the price) and any scheduled maintenance.

We know that within the next 5 years, I will be purchasing a new Hyundai Tucson and I will purchase from St. Charles Hyundai. You won't be sorry.
