I’m not happy with the car itself seems like I’m constantly having issues but I appreciate the service I have received since buying my first car here in 2015
Kevin went above and beyond to help me resolve a serious fluid level issue with my brand new Santa Fe PHEV on a Friday afternoon. Rairdon's is my preferred service location and when an issue cropped up out of town another Hyundai dealer blew me off but not Kevin at Rairdon's! He came through to not only help me that day but to keep me well informed as they did trouble shooting to understand the source of the issue. Thank you Kevin and the Rairdon service team!!
One note...I did not purchase my Santa Fe PHEV from Rairdon's. Not because I didn't want to, but because this vehicle is not yet sold in WA. As you can see, the level of service I received from Kevin did not depend on me purchasing the vehicle from Rairdon.
We have purchased two vehicles at this dealership. A Hyundai and a Dodge. The service is greatly lacking. We have both had warranty work done. Hyundai took a while to schedule, but was completed correctly. The Dodge work was not done although they said it was. Had to take to a different dealership to be completed.
Kevin is knowledgeable and always is able to answer any question thrown at him. He has been there for a few years and knowing that he is there is a great thing.
The service department at Rairdon’s Hyundai of Bellingham is very simple. Quick servicing, with respect and very knowledgeable employees. Love coming here for my oil changes and service questions.
