Not So Much Rairdon's But Rather Hyundai
I've had transmission/clutch problems since day one. Each time I'd tell Rairdon's about it, the response was always the same--We'll look at it but there's nothing we can do. I asked Rairdon's to please record my concerns and was assured they would. They did--once. Finally, I was told Hyundai would make it right, that I needed to leave the car overnight (the problem exists when engine is cold). When I went there the next morning and a transmission tech and I took it for a drive, lo and behold, for the first time ever, no hesitation and no jerking. They told me they did not drive it but I wonder if they let it idle for a while.
Afterwards, Hyundai contacted me to say there was nothing wrong found and the case was closed. I think it sucks because hyundai knows they have a ton of trouble with their double clutch and they will do everything they can to keep their money.

The dealership is good.
My real issue is that the windshield of my month old Tuscon is broken. I was hoping this would be the last car I would buy. The response I got was "oh, sometimes that happens". This is my third Huydai. The next dealership I go to will definitely not be a Hyandai.

Defective parts Mystery
There are defective parts on the Hyundai Elantra that the dealership does not cover. KNOW WHAT THEY ARE!!! Glad I found out before we bought a third car.

Kevin, the service advisor is the best, but the facility is terrible and I'm surprised Hyundai allow is. I bought my car from Burlington as I thought they weren't really a dealer of standing with such poor physical facilities.

It's easy to service your car even after you've purchased it!
They gently remind you of services needed.

Kevin is the best!
I'm glad I got an opportunity to rescore my survey. If I had known that my rating reflected poorly on Kevin, I never would have given such a low score. I have to say, though, that my very, very low opinion of your service reservation site and the call center staff has not changed. No customer should ever have to waste a full day trying to book their car into service. It's exceptionally poor customer service!
