First note the sales representives are very polite, but clearly present for your need to help but not pushie. The car i wanted from previously looking in Greenville and New Bern was on your lot. The Business Manager was clear and precise of the offer. The small amout of adjustments were made to my satifaction the deal was easy. Business Manager was a delight .

The Sales, Service and Financial Teams are outstanding. No hassle. Been using the Service Department for years with a Sonata that we bought elsewhere. They were professional, knowledgeable and treated us as if we had bought the car from them. It was the Service Department that sold us on buying our Santa Fe from them. Jimmie Mccloud was the best sales person I have ever dealt with in buying a car - very personable and professional. In fact everyone that works at the dealership are like old friends. It is a great place to purchase you next Hyundai.
